We again urge everyone to leave the avenue and gather in the square,” said one of the activists of the movement, Interfax reports.

The coordinator of movement added: "There will be no blood on us." The activist emphasized that in the group of like -minded people he will remain in the Square of Freedom, "until our friends and brothers from Bagramyan Avenue will join us and until the authorities fulfill our requirements."

Meanwhile, Armenia Prime Minister Ovik Abrahamyan indicated that some forces are trying to destabilize the situation in the center of Yerevan. "Forces appeared on Bagramyan Avenue, the real goal of which is not the problem of the rise in price of energy tariffs, but the creation of destabilization and clashes in the country. They have made it not a social or economic component of the problem, but incomprehensible and hopeless political ambitions," Abrahamyan said.

He called the actions of demonstrators who continue to block Bagramyan Avenue "incomprehensible." The Prime Minister called on these people to "abandon anti-constitutional actions and not to heat the situation", and also confirmed the readiness of the authorities for dialogue. “I also consider provocations against the police also inadmissible. It serves our country and people and is worthy of only respect,” the Prime Minister noted.

Before the protesters were divided into two groups, law enforcement officers called on everyone to leave Bagramyan Avenue. The law enforcement officers, in particular, said that "the police still did not prevent the implementation of the meeting" and "fulfilled the obligation to assist the peaceful assembly in accordance with the requirements of Part 2 of Article 32 of the Law on Freedom of Assembly," however, "the fulfillment of this obligation has the limits." "Kommersant": "Inter RAO" is going to sell "Electric Networks of Armenia"

According to the Minister of the Government apparatus, David Harutyunyan, the audit of the "electric networks of Armenia" will last from three to six months. Unfortunately, we have a bad practice when the government managed electric networks and debts of $ 50-100 million were accumulated, which were repaid from the budget, and this is not permissible,” the Minister of the Government apparatus added.

According to sources of publication familiar with the situation, the company can buy a Russian businessman of Armenian descent Samvel Karapetyan, who owns the Tashir group. The interlocutor "Kommersant" says that negotiations began before raising electricity tariffs. At the same time, representatives of the Armenia electric networks refuted this information, while another source of Kommersant confirmed the fact of negotiations with Karapetian.

In the Inter RAO itself, information on the participation of the company in negotiations and the preparation of a transaction for the sale of "electrical networks of Armenia" (ESA) controlled by it also refuted. "At the moment, we are not conducting any negotiations on the sale of ESA," said the official representative of Interfax.
