According to Commissioner Biennale Joseph Bakstein, Biennale participants will try to comprehend and reconstruct the specifics of Soviet collectivism, the space of VDNH and make it an international project.
In addition to the main project, Biennale will present the program “Special Guests”, “Special Projects” and “Parallel Program”, one of the speakers of the discussion program will be the Minister of Finance of Greece Janis Varufakis . Outside of the VDNH, the Biennale program will be presented in the Pushkin FMI, Multimedia Art Museum, the Museum of Modern Art "Garage" and at other venues in Moscow.
