Experts called the Russian city with the cheapest housing

Over the past year, the three leaders in the ranking of the most expensive cities in Russia have not changed: it is still Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi. The place of the cheapest city was taken by Magnitogorsk, and he updated last year's minimum. This was reported by "Kommersant-money" with reference to analysts data.

Moreover, if Moscow and especially Petersburg were added to price very noticeably by about 20%, then in Sochi the price compared to last year changed for some small hundreds of rubles. Given the weakening of the ruble that occurred in the calendar year and the inflation rate, we can rather talk about the actual reduction in the price, experts say.

But the following in the table Yekaterinburg and Khabarovsk confidently gain one and a half to two percent annually, and, quite possibly, one of these dynamically developing cities will be included in the three leaders.

The composition of the outsiders has almost not changed, except that it contained a new member, and immediately in the first place. The cheapest housing (both at the price of a meter and in the average purchase budget) was in Magnitogorsk. Moreover, this is the only city in which the average price of the apartment is lower (and significantly) 2 million rubles. It can be assumed that this is due to crisis phenomena in the mining and raw materials industry.

In general, the "cheap" cities over the year have grown significantly in price. If last year Bryansk closed the top ten with a price of 41,417 rubles/sq. m, now in Penza - the most "road" from "cheap" cities - a square meter costs 48,320 rubles.
