Later, his lawyer Olga Gnezdilova came to the apartment. She said that the investigator of the TFR of Tomc refused to allow her to be in the room where the search was carried out. All office equipment was seized from Melkonian.

After that, the investigators went to the Voice office. As Gnezdilova told the "faces", the searches are presented by NTV and Lifenews filming groups.

The search at Kuzmina was held on February 5. Law enforcement officers came to the social activist at 7:30 in the morning. They seized all computers and other electronic equipment, including cameras, as well as all notebooks. After that, they, along with the public, went to search the NGO office.

Kuzmina was charged with false information in the declaration of the income "Voice - Volga region". In 2010, NPOs received a foreign donation, the receipt of which properly reflected in her documents. However, law enforcement officers, ignoring the principle according to which more stringent laws have no return, said that the organization, without reflecting this donation in its income, violated the law on "foreign agents" adopted in 2012.

“They counted taxes, added fines and penalties - received 2.2 million rubles, and this amount is already falling under the determination of damage in an especially large amount,” Kuzmina explained.

The next day, the Ministry of Justice included the Voilzhie in the Register of Agents, and on February 15, the peace of the Samara district of the city fined the NGOs for refusing to register voluntarily .

On March 30, Kuzmin reported that the court at the request of the Investigative Committee arrested her property . The arrest was imposed on the apartment of Kuzmina and the 10-year-old low-command Daewoo Matiz. She noted that her property was arrested for a long time, but she herself was informed about this only now.

In addition, according to Kuzmina, she and her protection were refused to familiarize themselves with the materials of the administrative case, according to which the “Voice -Volga” was fined 300 thousand rubles for refusing to register the “foreign agent”.
