Dynasty Foundation will be eliminated

The Council of the Foundation Dmitry Zimin "Dynastia" decided to liquidate the fund.

According to the Dynasty website , a meeting of the Council took place on July 5.

The Fund for non -profit programs “Dynastia” , engaged in supporting projects in the field of science, education and education, was included in the register of foreign agents on May 25. Soon, the founder of the organization Dmitry Zimin announced the termination of its financing.

The Council of Science under the Ministry of Education and Science , 10 academicians and 18 corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences from the Club 1 July,representatives of the Russian Book Community , Enlla Pamfilova, and the head of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Alexander Shokhin, opposed the inclusion of the Dynasty Foundation and the Foundation of Foreign Agents.

The Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation demanded that the Ministry of Justice exclude the Dynasty Foundation from the list of foreign agents. The same requirement was made on June 6 in Moscow at a rally “For Science and Education”.

In mid -June, by the decision of the magistrate of the Tver court of Moscow, the Dynasty Foundation was fined 300 thousand rubles for refusing to register as a foreign agent.
