In Astrakhan, the employees of the bailiff service had to work hard to find a 40-year-old woman who greatly owed for the use of violence against a representative of the authorities. The search for the debtor gave an unexpected result: it turned out that she changed the floor and got married.
As reported on the website of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Astrakhan Region, a resident of Astrakhan was convicted under Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("The use of violence that is not life -threatening or health, or the threat of violence against a representative of the authorities or his relatives in connection with the performance of their duties").
According to the decision of the court, the woman was supposed to pay 70 thousand rubles. However, the convicted person did not fulfill debt obligations, she was not a bailiff, and did not live at the place of registration. In this regard, after some time she was put on the wanted list.
The search brought an unexpected result. The debtor, as it turned out, changed the floor, name, moved to the suburbs and even officially married. "During the search activities, it turned out that Astrakhana changed the floor and passport data, becoming a man named Andrian," the FSSP Office said. Despite such a cardinal change in personality, a man will still have to pay for a crime committed in a “past life”. He has already made a partial payment of the fine.
The material does not indicate when exactly the woman was convicted. But the bailiffs began her search in 2014, the service website said. In accordance with Article 31 of the Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation, if the convict cannot immediately pay a fine, he can be given installments for up to five years. Until March 2015, this period was limited to three years.
Paul change is a rather long and expensive procedure. Operations are done after the conclusion of a psychiatrist on the presence of transsexualism and is carried out in several stages. The cost of each is tens of thousands of rubles. Before surgery, the patient, as a rule, takes hormonal drugs for several months or even years.
Debtors often go to tricks so as not to pay debts. For example, a certain businesswoman even bought a bailiff an apartment. But the bailiffs invented unusual ways to influence negligent debtors. For example, objects expensive for the debtor were arrested - hockey clubs , pets and even a portrait of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Sometimes the bailiffs themselves are not distinguished by respectability, extort bribes , assign things and strive to hide with money.
