In Sevastopol, blogger Yuri Ilchenko was arrested on suspicion of extremism. This was reported by "Crimea. Realities." He is charged with the publication on his website with a sharp criticism of the Russian occupation of the peninsula and calls to repulse the aggressor. Which article of the Criminal Code of Russia is imputed by the blogger, however, since the investigation leads the TFR, and not the FSB, we can assume that we are talking about Article 282 (excitement of hatred or enmity), not 280 (public calls for extremism).
The case against the 37-year-old Ilchenko, the owner of the school of foreign languages, was opened more than six months ago. During this time, he was going to go to Lviv more than once with his parents, but for a number of reasons he put off a move.
Since the annexation of Crimea, Ilchenko has been to continental Ukraine about 20 times, as well as for the Ukrainian passport received in Kyiv, he repeatedly traveled abroad. On the border with the occupied Crimea, the FSB was invariably interested in why the blogger did not refuse Ukrainian citizenship and does not accept Russian.
Ilchenko was detained on July 2 after a four -hour search. As you can conclude, either on the same day, or the next one was arrested. In any case, since July 3, it is contained in SIZO-1 in Simferopol. The case is conducted by an investigator by the name of Gurtin.
It is also known that the occupation authorities tried to fabricate against a blogger and other accusations. So, a week before the arrest to Ilchenko, the unknown came up and proposed to distribute leaflets with calls to arrange explosions along Sevastopol. He answered with a sharp refusal.
In addition, the Politsek family states that the FSB is trying to blame him for pedophilia. The special service stated at the premises of the school Ilchenko Camer, on which she recorded his lessons with her beloved student. Meanwhile, the father of Politzek Gennady Ilchenko noted, referring to the results of a recent examination of his son, "he cannot be soldered by the medical indications - sexual perversions." He added that Ilchenko was friends with his student’s mother and traveled with them.
The family invited the Simferopol lawyer Yuri Berdnikov to defend the arrested. After visiting the Politzek in a pre -trial detention center, the lawyer said that Ilchenko’s mental state “inspires fears”. Outwardly, the arrested is calm, Berdnikov explained, but is closed and does not trust anyone. “I will submit a petition for the examination, and urgent,” the lawyer concluded.
"Crimea. Realities" note that Ilchenko really has problems with the psyche, because of which he was not taken to the Ukrainian army. As the publication suggests, it is precisely this that he intends to build the defense of the Berdnikov.
