Agrocomplex bought the property of the Krasnodar poultry farm, not encumbered with collateral, which the bankruptcy trustees sold on the Sberbank-AST electronic platform, follows from the SPARK data register. The auction took place on April 20, 2015.

The bankruptcy procedure at the Krasnodar poultry farm was launched in 2012. Now the factory will be restored after a two-year shutdown, said director Yuri Kovalev. Before the company began having financial problems, the factory produced about 240 million units. eggs The company produced 15–20% of the total volume of chicken eggs in the Krasnodar Territory, according to data from the regional Ministry of Agriculture.

Kovalev noted that the Krasnodar poultry farm now plans to reach full capacity by the end of 2017.

The buyer, Agrokompleks, was one of the largest egg producers in the Krasnodar region even before the deal. According to data on the company’s website, in 2013 Agrocomplex produced 240 million eggs. Thus, by 2017 the company will double production.
