In the metropolitan pre-trial detention center-1, Sailor Silence, Aleksey Shangin, was overwhelmed to death. It is reported by "Moscow Komsomolets". The incident occurred back in February, but the press became known only now.

The 35-year-old Muscovite Shangin, previously convicted, including for robbery, was delivered from camera No. 140 of the “sailor silence” to the 36th City Bollard, where on February 17, without leaving the coma, was delivered from camera. Doctors found that the deceased had a traumatic brain injury, a combined injury, burns of the head and limbs and pain.

As it turned out, four cellmates, who are also recidivists, tortured Shangin for more than a day, pouring boiling water into his mouth, and when he lost consciousness, they jumped on him several times from the upper Nar. “There has been no such terrible crime in the Moscow pre -trial detention center for a long time,” a source in the TFR noticed the publication.

Although five months have passed since the crime, the body of Shangin is still in the morgue, and the mother of the deceased is not allowed to take him or even to see.

It is alleged that immediately after the incident, the head of the operational department of the pre -trial detention center Mikhail Zakharov was dismissed. For some time later, he and several more jailers were detained as a result of the FSB special operation and arrested. It is claimed that the FSINESS, together with a criminal authority by the name of the eyelid, extorted 11 million rubles from one of the under investigation.

According to the TFR, the cases of extortion and the murder of Shangin are connected. The deceased was not wealthy and from expensive property only had an apartment in Moscow. However, one of the cellmates trying to Shangin said in their testimony that they had mocked the under investigation at the direction of a certain operative.

Contrary to the fact that the incident was hushed up for almost six months, the press secretary of the FSIN Kristina Belousova told the publication that the prison department "did not hide anything."
