Competition for a place in a dissertation rating
Attentive supporters and opponents of Dissernet’s activity have already noticed the origin of a new project: Russian universities under the magnifier of Dissernet, Roswoz in abbreviated (“Trinity Option” already wrote about this project [1] ). The grand opening on the website of the disserte is scheduled for autumn, but for now the baby dug in underground [2] , a little grows and gains strength.
Compared to the parent dissertation, the Roswuz project has its own characteristics. Firstly, he represents only the current employees of Russian universities-teachers, science figures, members of the dissertation councils-and as these characters from universal science, it is supposed to remove them from the Rosuuz website, so at some point the project should begin to cringe (so far only the process is the opposite). Secondly, the Rosvuz is not only represented-and not so much-the dissertations themselves, who successfully defended LIP, but also participants in linden protection (or disserternette, in disserter terminology): scientific leaders and opponents of the dissertation. It turns out that the characters of Rosuvuz-both people and universities-enter into a kind of competition with each other: who will gain more the disserteries. Among the university professors, professor at Moscow State University F. F. Sterlikov [3] burst into the champions-to date, he recorded 29 disserternet-cases (7-as a supervisor and 22-an opponent). It is very little separated by him from the St. Petersburg colleague - Professor SPbGEU V.V. Buzyrev [4] (27 cases, all as a scientific director). However, this is not the limit: the number of cases is constantly growing - the volunteers do not interrupt their surveys for a day, so that the rasuz is replenished weekly with new cases, participants, or even universities (a criterion for getting into a project - the presence of at least a single employee with at least six cases - allows a small team of disserters to manage the information timely). The total number of disserter-cases at university professors determines the place of the university in a dissertation rating and, therefore, in the list on the Roswus website.
We make a reservation right away: we cannot give a systematic analysis of the entire picture of the distribution of a fake over the country's universities, since our information is incomplete; We can only analyze the information that is already available in the Dissernet database. However, many patterns become visible, and they can already be submitted to the court of the venerable public. We decided to start with dozens of leaders - these are Moscow universities. Inside each such university, you can see the ratio in areas of knowledge. Economists are expected to lead, but not everywhere: for example, at the Medical and Dame University, dishonest economists make up only 30% (but what kind of people! Pavel Fedorovich Sterlikov is the son of Sterlikov Fyodor Fedorovich, with two linden dissertations, and his wife Guskov-Strlikov wrote about this family contract [5] ). The remaining 70% are doctors, i.e., candidates and doctors of medical sciences. This, of course, is not surprising, but depressed, because these people teach our future doctors ... A similar situation at the Moscow Pedagogical University: here there are no economists among the disserter customers, but 60% of teachers, that is, professionals in the field of education of the younger generation. But this is not the limit, we repeat: the work of the disserter does not stop, the new large batch of "teachers" is expected from day to day.
It is clear that the problem is not limited to ten giants, in small universities the situation “per capita” is often even more deplorable. As an example, we consider not the largest university: Moscow State Humanitarian University (MGU) named after Sholokhov [6] . The main positions among the dishes here are also captured by teachers, their share is close to 100%. They also have their own leader, E. I. Sokolnikov, the number of disserternet-cases is 21 (solid, not so far from the absolute Roswus champions). Ella Ivanovna works at the Department of Pedagogy, which gave rise to several defendants at once, all - doctors of pedagogical sciences. Former chairman of the dissertation council D 212.136.04 (one of the most dirty among disrefects in Moscow universities, was closed in 2014 by order of the Ministry of Education and Science) G.P. Scamnitskaya was a scientific director of at least two decommissioned dissertations [7, 8] ; Former scientist S. Yu. Senator was an opponent to protect one work [9] and the scientific director of another [10] ; I.P. Klemantovich was also the leader [11] .
The silver medalist of the intra -university competition is Professor P.V. Sysoev, also a teacher, the supervisor of six colorful dissertation works [12] . Well, the bronze is at the associate professor V. S. Dylaeva from the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, the opponent in five disserter-cace [13] . By the way, the department is headed by Professor Yu. I. Shcherbakov, a compatriate of writing off work [14] . At the same time, universities, designed not only to enrich science, but also educate the young generation, use an undoubted priority in our research.
