The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation ruled that the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights should be executed in our country, taking into account the rule of the Constitution. Based on the next resolution of the Constitutional Court. But there is also a Hague tribunal, which is established on a variety of occasions, and not all its sentences can appeal to the Russians.

Finally, the latest example. Malaysia and Holland are calling for the creation of an international tribunal in the case of Boeing's shot down, under the auspices of the UN. Russia objects and will surely use the right of the veto if this case comes to the Security Council. However, the international investigation is already moving towards completion, in October, apparently, we learn with reliability, how and why the nameless, until the terrorists shot down a passenger plane, and the conversation will again come to money. About the compensation that will be awarded to the families of the dead.

You must admit, and in this case, if any deputies are attended by submitting an appeal to the Constitutional Court and Zorkin and colleagues will not be delayed, then some more important decree will be in the light. You can, of course, not pay anyway, rightly indicating that the plane was shot down by Ukrainian pilots or paratroopers. But with the decision, it will look more solid. Say, constitutional judges, after conferring, decided that an international investigation was not a decree for us.
