
The SBU and the police prevented the explosion of an apartment building in the city of Happiness - a suburbs of Lugansk, controlled by the legitimate authorities of the country. This was reported on the website of the special services.
Law enforcement officers found a homemade bomb in the basement of the house. It was made of two anti-tank mines TM-62M, TNT sabotage and detonators. The total weight of explosives was 14 kilograms. The bomb was in working condition.
The security forces urgently evacuated the residents. Military explosives took mines to the landfill beyond the city and blew them up. The remaining details of the bombs were sent for examination.
Investigators of the SBU opened a case of attempt on a terrorist attack. "Representatives of the sabotage center of illegal armed groups of the so -called LPR are reasonably suspected of organizing crimes against civilians," the special services said.

In the first weeks of Russia's aggression in eastern Ukraine, militants seized happiness, but on June 14, 2014, Ukrainian security forces restored legal power in the city.
