In the debate of the parties in the case of the Nizhny Novgorod anarchist Ilya Romanov, the prosecutor Alexei Ezersky requested 10 years of strict regime with a fine of 120 thousand rubles for the defendant. This was reported to the "Franes" by the civil activist Ilya Myskovsky present at the meeting.
Romanova’s case is considered at the visiting session by the collegium of the Moscow District Military Court as part of the novel Muranov (Chairman), Sergey Krivosheev and Yuri Chepelev. Hearings are held in the building of the College of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Criminal Criminal Affairs. In addition to Ezersky, the prosecutor Alexei Vinokurov supports the prosecution. The lawyer Evgeny Gubin defends Politsek.
Ezersky asked Romanov to be sentenced by partial addition of the deadlines requested by each of the four accusations imputed by the Politzek. Part 1 of Article 30 - Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (preparation for the terrorist attack), the prosecutor requested 7 years of the colony for anarchist, under Part 1 of Article 222 (illegal turnover of explosives) - 3 years with a fine of 50 thousand rubles, in part 1 of Article 223 (illegal production of ammunition) - 3 years with a fine of 100 thousand rubles, in part 3 of article 30 - part 1 of Article 205.2 (attempt on a public excuse terrorism) - 3 years in colony.
The first three accusations were charged with Romanov on the fact of the explosion in the square in the center of Nizhny Novgorod, the fourth - on the fact of the publication of a private conversation between the activist, widespread as his interview with the Libertaire radio , the organ of the Ukrainian revolutionary confederation of the anarcho -syndicalists. Politzek denies the guilt of both episodes.
In the hearings, an almost two -week break is declared. The performance of the lawyer Gubin in the debate is scheduled for August 4; The beginning of the meeting at 10:00.
On the night of October 26, 2013, Romanov suffered, experiencing a homemade firecracker in the square in the center of Nizhny Novgorod. The capacity of the firecracker, as the examination established, was approximately 3 grams in the TNT equivalent. The anarchist lost his left hand; He is assigned the III group of disability.
Romanov was arrested. The case of the activist was conducted by the investigator of the regional FSB Ilya Kurkin. According to the case file, Romanov wanted to intimidate the city administration so that it stops cutting down city squares.
In an effort to prove the presence of Romanov’s goal to influence power (the presence of such a goal is one of the qualifying signs of a terrorist attack), the FSB accused the activist of storing a text called “Arki terror”, and also wrote the appeal of the following content: “Sorokin Kondrashov, if you adhere to the parks of the blow of all to the fucked mother!” (Spelling and punctuation were preserved. Valery Shantsev is the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Oleg Sorokin is the mayor of Nizhny Novgorod, and Oleg Kondrashov at the time of the explosion was the city manager of the city. - Ed.). At the same time, as can be seen from Romanov’s letters , Politzek writes without spelling and punctuation errors. In addition, in the laptop of Romanov himself and computers of his relatives, who were seized from the apartment where the activist lived, no such texts were found.
According to the accusation, the text of the Aryan terror and the appeal to officials FSB expert Denis Turenko found in a computer seized in an apartment where Romanov periodically visited, but did not live. This computer belonged to a certain Sergey Vetoshko, who, as it turned out during the trial, on November 6, 2013, that is, about a week and a half after the incident with Romanov, died from strangulation in the Nizhny Novgorod OP "Kanavinsky" (according to the official version - hanged).
The original study of this computer from the case file disappeared, and after a long time Turenko duplicated the conclusion, explaining that "it is the same."
The publication of the interview was imputed by Romanov only in February 2015. According to the comrades of the anarchist, the FSB decided to be safe in the case of this episode in case the prosecutor’s office did not manage to prove the guilt of the defendant in preparation for the terrorist attack.
Preliminary hearings in the Romanov case were held on June 2 in Moscow . The activist participated in them from the video from the Nizhny Novgorod pre-trial detention center-1. Hearing essentially go in Nizhny Novgorod since June 16. According to activists, interrogations of witnesses and experts have repeatedly made it possible to make sure that the whole thing is against an anarchist is a provocation of the FSB.
