Accused in the Bolotnaya case, Ivan Nepomnyashchikh, who is under house arrest, has finished familiarizing himself with the materials of the criminal case. This was reported on July 23 by RAPSI with reference to the lawyer of the accused Dmitry Dinze.
“Ivan did not finish four volumes, but I read all the materials,” Dinze quoted RAPSI as saying. “Now the case will be sent to the prosecutor’s office for approval of the indictment, and then for consideration by the Zamoskvoretsky court.”
On July 15, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow limited the period for Nepomniachtchi to get acquainted with the case.
According to investigators, Nepomnyashchikh took an active part in the clashes on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012 and fought with the police with fists and an umbrella.
