The head of the IC Alexander Bastrykin has news about a terrorist attack, perfect 4.5 years ago at the Domodedovo airport. “We will bring this case to the end,” said Mr. Bastrykin, “do not want to compensate, you will bear criminal liability.”

He spoke, however, not about terrorists. And about the owners of the airport. Did you not know that instead of terrorists in Russia they catch the owners of the property blew up by them? And in vain - the owners are much tastier.

What amazes me in history with claims to Domodedov is an absolutely incredible impudence of the authorities, which is not fulfilling her own obligations to protect the population from terrorists into the instrument of the shameless racket of businessmen.

Let me remind you: on January 24, 2011, a suicide bomber exploded in the hall of international arrivals of the Domodedovo airport. 37 people were killed, 170 were injured. The suicide bomber did not even try to go to the plane - he just went inside the building and exploded there.

As it turned out later, the terrorist attack was supposed to be held on December 31, 2010 on Red Square, but the terrorist prepared for it accidentally undermined in a hunting house in the Kuzminsky park - instead of SMS from terrorists, New Year's congratulations from the cellular operator came to her one -time phone. Then - December 31 - the FSB in hot pursuit detained the organizers. Despite this, the FSB explosion could not prevent.

Nevertheless, immediately after the terrorist attack in Domodedov, the security forces found the perpetrators in it. These were not terrorists or the FSB, which demonstrated its unprofessionalism.

These were the owners of the Domodedovo airport, who did not put the “frames” at the entrance to the arrival hall.

Any person who often flies knows that in any Western country, including all countries of Europe, the USA and Israel, there is no framework at the entrance to the airport. They are not for two reasons. Firstly, terrorist attacks are prevented not by the frames, but by special services.

Secondly, it is useless to put a frame at the entrance to the airport, because the terrorist will then explode at the framework. Or in the subway. Or on the bus. Or in the train - you can’t put the framework everywhere, see the first point.

For example, on December 5, 2003, four terrorists brought a huge bag with explosives in an electric train in Essentuki, and they blew up there. 41 people died. Do we have a framework on all plates? I did not notice.

On October 21, 2013, a suicide bomber exploded on a bus in Volgograd. 8 people died. Are the buses now? No.

On December 30, a trolleybus exploded in the same Volgograd. 15 people were killed, 25 were injured. Did you put the frames at the entrances to the trolleybus? I missed something?

December 29, the day before the trolley, in Volgograd there was another terrorist attack. This time, the parameters could triumph - it did not occur on the bus or in the trolley, but at the railway station in front of this very frame. Result? 18 dead and 45 wounded - more than both in the bus and in the trolley.

At one time, I had a chance to talk, just after the terrorist attack in Domodedovo, with the ex-representative of the Israeli service, which was responsible for security at the airports. He told me one simple thing: terrorist attacks do not prevent framework, terrorist attacks prevent the professional work of special services. “If the terrorist has shone with an explosive and went, this is a puncture,” my interlocutor said.

At that time, it was still unknown that the FSB was disgraced in this matter twice. Already in their hands, thanks to a happy chance, and terrorists, and all their connections - they could not prevent a new explosion.

By the way, after the terrorist attack at Domodedovo at all airports in Russia, a framework was established. But they have police. The reason for this is that the airport inspection service is simply prohibited from inspecting passengers anywhere except in the inspection zone. That is, the state accused Domodedovo of the fact that Domodedov did not have at the entrance then the police, whom the state itself should put in any case.

In fact, the reasons for the claims to Domodedov are known to everyone. Once Domodedovo was the best private airport in Russia, and Dmitry Kamenchik had stupidity all the money earned by the airport, to invest in the airport. And in Russia, the more successful your company, the more people who want to take it away. Since 2003, Domodedovo, no matter what a year, is repelled from attempts to capture.

Hundreds of terrorist attacks have recently occurred in Russia. Only the market in Vladikavkaz exploded four times. And for all this time, for all these explosions - in electric trains, in the markets, in buses, in trolleybuses, in the subway - not a single General of the FSB was fired. For the whole of Russia, one “Domodedovo” is to blame for the fifth year.

Everything is clear, but only one thing is interesting. If the attack occurred as planned, and the terrorist would explode on December 31 on Red Square, would Mr. Bastrykin threaten the inhabitant of the neighboring housing for the Kremlin wall for the improper organization of the protection of the adjacent territory?
