News about the inclusion of NGOs in the register of "foreign agents" on the website of the Ministry of Justice is often illustrated with photographs of an orange among apples - in this case, the Ministry of Justice stocked up with two different photos of the arrangement of fruits.

Wikipedia calls the orange one of the symbols of the "orange revolution". The fact that the “fifth column” is organizing color revolutions in Russia has been repeatedly accused by statesmen of various ranks of non-profit organizations.
Melkonyants noted that in the near future the organization will appeal against the decision of the department in court, in parallel with this, an application will be sent to withdraw the organization from the register of “foreign agents”.
According to Melkonyants, the Ministry of Justice is interested in ensuring that Golos-Ural does not have time to leave the register before September 13, in connection with this, the decision on recognition was made today, because the procedure for leaving the register takes about three months. The organization is confident that Golos-Ural was declared a "foreign agent" in order to prohibit the fund from observing the upcoming elections.
“I have no doubts that Golos-Ural will leave the register,” Melkonyants stressed.
The decision of the Ministry of Justice to include the Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Civil Society "GOLOS-Ural" in the register of foreign agents became known yesterday.
GOLOS-Ural is a division of the human rights association Golos, which monitors elections in Russia.
The association itself is going through the process of being excluded from the register of "foreign agents" after an unscheduled inspection by the Ministry of Justice, during which the grounds for keeping "GOLOS" in the register were not confirmed. The associations have already returned the previously collected fine for refusing to register as a “foreign agent” in the register of the Ministry of Justice. The results of the check in the federal department promise to be processed within three months. In GOLOS itself, they believe that the Ministry of Justice will delay the decision to skip the Single Voting Day, scheduled for September 13, 2015.
Recall that in order to be included in the register of “foreign agents”, the Ministry of Justice only needs to prove that an NPO is engaged in political activities in Russia and receives foreign funding. In the case of GOLOS, the foreign origin of the money was not proven.
