The election room of the Novosibirsk region finally refused Parnasa to register in the elections

The election man rejected signatures based on the basis of the FMS, which is outdated, the party members explain. The final decision was made from two days until midnight: Parnassus forced to consider more than 600 disputed signatures.

The discussion of the situation with the signatures of Parnas from the Novosibirsk Oblazbirkom took about ten minutes. Leonid Volkov and lawyer Ivan Zhdanov listened and, without commenting on their words, voted in the exception of the party from the list of candidates.

Recall that the demo -army submitted to the election 11682 signatures, carefully selecting them from 17 thousand collected so that there are no reasons for the nit -picking. About twenty “toxic” collectors who deliberately falsify signatures were identified and handed over to the police. When checking, the graphologist found only 8 inaccurate signatures. But, according to the law, there are also invalid signatures - where, for example, an error in the address, name or signature crawled over the edges of the field was made. I found 1495 such signatures - and Parnasa ceased to be enough for registration.

On Friday, the lawyers have achieved a protocol of specific claims and found that they are often not mistaken, but by the election. The FMS base, according to which it was rejected as much as 1313 signatures, considered part of the data for false ones. “The voter born in 1994. The subscription sheet indicates the passport of the 5014 series - the last two digits, as a rule, mean the year of issuance. The FMS states that this citizen has a 5008 passport - that is, issued to him at 14 years old. That is, at the age of twenty, he changed his passport, as expected, and the FMS does not know about this yet, ”Volkov quotes a typical example. In addition, the election commission officers themselves made mistakes when digitizing data from sheets - as a result, the data was checked by an irrelevant database.

The headquarters phoned people whose passports of the Federal Migration Service did not find at home. 8 people even agreed to assure their passport at the notary. “Already one error breaks the myth of the immaculativeness of the Federal Migration Service and should be considered an unleasable contradiction that should be interpreted in favor of the candidate,” Leonid Volkov assured that the signature should not be checked at all according to this base. But this was not convinced by the election.

In today's working group - the third in a row - members of the election commission on coalition complaints recognized 104 of their mistakes. But 1313, the signatures excluded according to the FMS refused to touch: “We will not evaluate the FMS base. You will then prove this in court. ”

Then, lawyer Ivan Zhdanov noted that the page of the original certificate of the Federal Migration Service in the hands of the election of the election commission and copies that Parnasa were given on Friday did not coincide - and called the police, considering this to falsify the documents. But, as soon as the police entered the hall, the chairman of the working group Sergey Lebedev proposed to transfer the meeting to his office. Documents - including the same certificate with a mismatching page - instantly collected and left. The meeting continued later, no longer announcing every case out loud and not listening to the objections of the lawyers of the demo department standing behind them. The FMS trusted the UFMS in spite of common sense: even the signature of Daria Timurovna was rejected, because according to the Federal Migration Service, she should be Timurovich. Notarized copies of passports that the FMS did not find in his place did not consider.

During the final working group 153, the signature "Parnassus" conquered. They did not have 317 signatures before the barrier.

Now Parnassus is going to go to court in the CEC.
