In Kostroma, Andrei Pivovarov, head of the democratic coalition headquarters, was detained. According to RBC, this was announced by the deputy chairman of the PARNAS party Ilya Yashin, who heads the list of coalitions in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Kostroma region.
According to Lifenews, the basis for the detention was "an attempt to buy personal data of the inhabitants of Kostroma from a policeman."
As noted, the representative of law enforcement agencies participating in the transaction was also detained and taken to the department. A criminal case has been instituted under two articles - "Unlawful access to computer information" and "abuse of authority."
Yashin in a conversation with Gazeta.ru denied the prosecution against Pivovarov. "The criminal case against Pivovarov is explicitly political and custom -made," said Yashin.
According to him, on Monday, Pivovarov arrived at the police station and turned to one of the police officers with a request to check the data of the citizens who signed up for the party to admit it to the elections to the Kostroma Regional Duma. "The police officer invited him to his office office and asked to wait. After a short time, operational employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and police officer who were in the room were detained and sent to the Office of the Investigative Committee for the Kostroma Region," Yashin said.
On Tuesday, the Novosibirsk court fined the Parnas party activists for refusing to leave the premises of the election commission. On the eve of the members of the democratic coalition, who nominated for regional elections, the head of the headquarters Leonid Volkov, as well as lawyers and journalists were detained in the prostitute.
The reason for the detention was a hunger strike, declared by Volkov and two nominees from the coalition - Yegor Savin and Sergey Boyko - in response to the commission refusal to register the presented list.
The fact that the list of the Democratic Administration is threatened with refusal to register on Friday . Such a decision was recommended by the working group of the regional election committee. Of the 11,682 signatures presented by the coalition, the working group recognized 1487 invalid and 8 unreliable. Thus, it was argued that the coalition was lacking about 470 signatures.
As Volkov noted , when checking the signatures by the working group , the FMS database with invalid passports was used. During the verification of the signatures carried out by the election headquarters by himself, the base was not available. At the same time, there are obvious mistakes in it. Such an example is given to Parnas. In the signature sheet, the voter address is indicated as "Vengerovsky district, Vorobyevo, Zelenaya St., 19". The protocol of the working group indicates: "It does not correspond. The registration address: Wenger district, Vorobyoevo, 19". The correct name of the area is the Wengerovsky.
In April, Alexei Navalny and the leader of the RPR-Parnas Mikhail Kasyanov signed an agreement on joint participation in the elections to the State Duma in 2016 and the regional elections of 2015. In addition to the Novosibirsk region, the candidates from the coalition are running for the Legislations of the Kaluga, Kostroma and Magadan regions.
