Seven Russian companies entered the first hundred of the largest weapons in the world

Seven corporations of the Russian military -industrial complex were included in the rating of the largest defense companies in the world of the American publication Defense News, compiled on the basis of data on the volume of income from the sale of military products and relevant services.

The rating of 100 leading defense enterprises has been compiled by Defense News since 2000 and is one of the most authoritative in the world.

This year, the list is headed by the American Corporation Lockheed Martin, in second place is Boeing, and closes the top three BAE Systems leaders, TASS reports.

Of the Russian companies, seven were the rating:

-ANTAYA East East Emergency Service (11th place, growth from 2014 to one position) with revenue $ 8.3 billion;
-The United Aircraft Corporation (14th place, in the last rating separately, Sukhoi, NPK Irkut and RSK MIG were presented) with $ 6.2 billion;
- Corporation "Helicopters of Russia" (23rd place, growth of two positions) with $ 3.9 billion;
- the combined engine corporation (26th place, growth of eight positions) with $ 3.3 billion;
- Corporation "Tactical missile weapons" (31st place, in last year's rating is not presented) from $ 2.8 billion;
- NPK Uralvagonzavod (52nd place, last year's rating was also not included) from $ 1.5 billion;
- RTI holding (69th place, growth of 11 positions) with $ 947 million.

Last year, the rating also included the concern "Radio Electronic Technologies" (KRAT), NPK "Irkut" and RSK "MiG".
