But the police leadership of our country should think tightly whether this norm is needed. Do women attack armed police officers so often? No one says that women do not commit crimes. Many women are drunk for drunkenness or household murder. But interesting: how many cases of women attacks on an armed policeman have been registered?
I better shoot than most of my policeman friends. The law can be adopted, and he will begin to act, but whether they will learn to get to where they aim is unknown.
Unfortunately, in these norms I see danger. I can give several examples when shooting even trained employees of special forces led to victims. This speaks of low professional training of police officers. Any of them will tell you that they shoot very rarely. I better shoot than most of my policeman friends. The law can be adopted, and he will begin to act, but whether they will learn to get to where they aim is unknown. It is no secret that a deterioration in the economic situation is expected, and this will result in difficult social consequences. In order to counteract the masses of citizens, police officers and want to give these rights. Naturally, if a huge army of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is endowed with such powers, then the FSB will not stand aside. But, frankly, the Ephesians are not alarming. It is unlikely that they will arrange mass shootings. But the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are not ready for this. They must be taught to distinguish situations in which public order is violated from the implementation by citizens of their constitutional rights. In the meantime, any mass performance, even completely peaceful, they perceive aggressively.
I would like to say about the right to penetrate the premises and open transport. Absolutely for sure that it will create rich soil for corruption. At one post, they recently told me: "You behave somehow suspiciously." Now this is an illegal basis for inspection, and after two months it can become quite legal. Recently, our common sense does not always dominate the State Duma, especially when it comes to an increase in the powers of the security forces. It seems that citizens are a herd of rams, from which danger comes, and the only reasonable power in the country is the State Duma and the police.

Those who worked for a long time in the Soviet Union did not have a problem with the use of weapons, since the police law was in force. I am absolutely sure that even if these amendments are introduced, police officers will never use weapons at random. Police reforms made a positive effect, and these amendments are unlikely to positively affect the image of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. People critically perceived this. This is the case when the amendments should not be done with an ax, but by the cutter - jewelry. And then there will be no such resonance.

There is not only this ban, but also a ban on the use of weapons against women with obvious signs of pregnancy. It is clear that both men and women will participate in mass events. And just in case, such amendments are introduced that allow you to disperse the demonstrations using firearms. I just don’t see another option.
Today, our law enforcement agencies are uncontrollably endowed with such a gigantic volume of powers that no police in the world have such opportunities. Since new powers are given to her, it means that the economic crisis will lead to mass performances sooner or later, and they will be dispersed by the power of weapons. The expansion of the powers of the FSB is also connected with this, because some of the demonstrators can go to the Kremlin.
