The second person involved in the resonant case of a fire in the Perm night club "Lame Horse" will be released as part of an amnesty , dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The victims do not object to the liberation of the employee of the State Medical Sciences in the Perm Territory Dmitry Roslyakov.

The head of the department for the supervision of compliance with the law in the execution of criminal punishments of the local prosecutor's office Sergey Zebzeev told Interfax that the prisoner would be released as soon as the documents from the prosecutor's office were taken to the colony. "The prosecutor's office considered the decision of the head of the colony -settlement, where D. Roslyakov was serving, on an amnesty on his relation to him. Thus, D. Roslyakov is subject to release," the agency’s interlocutor explained.

Roslyakov in April 2013 was sentenced to five years in a colony-settlement. The verdict was carried out as part of a fire in the Perm club "Lame Horse" in December 2009. As a result of the incident, 156 people died.

Meanwhile, the victims in the case reported that they did not mind Roslyakov's amnesty. “According to the reaction of the victims, I can say that many do not mind - Roslyakov paid off the debts on the executive sheets in March last year. Earlier, another of the convicts in the case of a fire in the Perm nightclub - Pyrotechnik Igor Derbenev was amnestied . In April 2013, Pyrotechnics Igor and Sergey Derbenevs from Pyrotechnical Company LLC Pirocet, which organized a fireworks in the club right in front of the tragic incident, were sentenced by the Leninsky district court of Perm to five years in prison for violation of the rules for using pyrotechnic products. Relatives of the victims were indignant at the fact of Derbenev’s amnesty, saying that they were not experiencing sympathy for him. Meringue said that she intends to contact the prosecutor’s office for clarifications about plans to release pyrotechnics to freedom. “This is very upset, because the victims should forgive the criminal, not the state. I think that relatives should be involved, because one of them could not forgive this person - our children died,” the victim said.

However, the prosecutor’s office explained that Derbenev came under an amnesty in all respects. “Here we are already the relatives of the dead and the victims - are powerless if the state decided so,” the agency’s interlocutor complained.

A fire in the Lame Horse club occurred on December 5, 2009. The investigation and the court concluded that most of the dead could not be saved due to the fact that there were no spare evacuation exits in the institution. As a result of the tragedy, 156 people were killed, another 404 were recognized as victims.

In the case, the owner of the club Anatoly Zach and the co-owner of the Lame Horse Konstantin Mrykhin were convicted, the executive director of Svetlana Efremova and the art director Oleg Fetkulov, the organizers of the fireworks-show Igor and Sergey Derbenevs, the inspectors of the Perm Territory Dmitry Roslyakov and Natalya Prokopyeva, as well as the former former, were found guilty.
