Igor Kalyapin's experiment

Chechen authorities are ready to bring to criminal liability the head of the "committee against torture" Igor Kalyapin. The organization itself is liquidated due to persecution under the law on "foreign agents". In an interview with Radio, Freedom Igor Kalyapin said that, despite the pressure of the authorities, NKO employees will continue to engage in human rights activities.
