What I replied that the administrative resource would be more likely for Markelov. And the candidate on whose side is the administrative resource won.

9. The law "On the election of the Head of the Republic of Mari El" completely infringes on the rights of independent non -partisan candidates, giving priority to political parties. Under this law, you can run for anyone: with a criminal record (extinguished), knowledge of the Mari language is not necessary, a place of residence, education is not necessary. So in our republic, deputies of the State Assembly adopt laws. In 2009, many were perplexed in the elections - a party candidate with the initial one was running for the RME State Assembly ??? education. Summarizing. A non -partisan unenviable candidate from the local people to nominate and run is unrealistic. They will not miss.

In this regard, the question arises of the legitimacy of the upcoming elections. And the indigenous population has a difficult task - to ignore or go to the polls. The columns "against all" will not be in the ballot for voting. Someone will not agree with my opinion, such is an elected situation.
