Igor Chubais: "Such Russia is waiting for"

The historian and philosopher Igor Chubais made a sad forecast for present -day Russia. In his opinion, the country with such a deplorable system of political and economic management “threatens the inevitable collapse”, and already in the foreseeable future. He agreed that today's Russian Federation acquires the features of the "totalitarian sect."
