In Kharkov, clashes occurred between the activists of the Euromaidan and supporters of the opposition bloc - the actual successor of the Party of Regions. It is reported by Ukrainian Pravda.
On Monday morning, about 200 members and supporters of the Oppoblock gathered at the regional administration building, including the Verkhovna Rada deputy from this party Mikhail Dobkin, who was the governor of the region as the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych. The rally was the registration of the regional organization of the Oppoblock so that the party could take part in the local elections.
Dobkin explained that it was originally supposed to gather at the building of the deputy administration of the Ministry of Justice, to which the demands of the demonstrators were addressed. However, he remarked, "since activists of other organizations gathered there, we changed the gathering place to avoid conflict."
At that time, the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice had about 30 Euromaidanists and activists of the Gromadska Warta organization who opposed the registration of the OppoBlok. They kept posters with the inscriptions “Kharkov without an opposition bloc!”, “Kharkov. Special Regional Region VS Crimea. Donbass”, “Opposition Bloc. Party of Regions. Separaism. War”.
Meanwhile, shortly after noon, about 70 people in camouflage and balaclavas attacked Dobkin’s reception room, where about 50 of his supporters were. As reported, they also damaged the minibus parked by the building. The police cordoned off the building and tried to push the attackers.
According to UNIAN, law enforcement officers managed to localize the conflict, and as a result of clashes, no one was injured.
Later it turned out that people in Balaklavs were activists of the Right Sector and the organization of Gromadska Varta. According to the Maidanites, the first force was used by "Dobkin's titles, which were barricaded in the office that opened the shooting of traumatic weapons." After that, the activists added, they applied “power in response”, throwing the reception of Dobkin with stones and firecrackers.
In a crushed minibus, the Maidanists said, passports of citizens of an unrecognized Transnistria were discovered. They, according to activists, were brought to Kharkov to shake the situation.
As the Ukrainian Pravda reported, in the fact of clashes, the police opened the case under Part 1 of Article 294 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (mass riots), which provides for five to eight years of the colony. Meanwhile, UNIAN reported the initiation of the case under Part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism with the use of weapons), the sanction of which is from three to seven years. In addition, the agency conveyed, the case is opened under part 2 of the same article (hooliganism committed by a group of persons; up to four years) after the Maidanov’s conflict with supporters of the Oppoblock at the Department of the Ministry of Justice.
Persons in the reception room of Dobkin were taken out on two buses, accompanied by the police. As noted, in one of the buses there were quite a few sports -looking people and there were more accompanying police officers in it than in the second. The head of the public security department of the regional police department, Sergei Birbasov, assured that people from the reception of Dobkin would be delivered to the police department to clarify the situation.
On Monday, on Monday, the head of the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice Yuri Georgievsky said that the registration of the regional branch of the Oppoblock was denied procedural grounds. The official explained that the documents for the liquidation of the regional organization of the Law and Procedure party and the registration of the Department of the Oppoblok, formed in 2014 on the basis of "Law and Order", the assistants Dobkin submitted only on July 24. Meanwhile, the department will not be able to register the department of the Oppoblock until the organization of the Law and Order is liquidated; The liquidation process takes up to two months. Thus, he concluded Georgievsky, the Oppoblock does not get to the local elections in the Kharkov region.
During the revolution, Dobkin stated that the Maidanists should not negotiate - they need to be disarmed, and those who will resist are killing. After the victory of Euromaidan, Dobkin became a defendant in the initiated SBU about the encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, as he called for its "federalization". He included the same slogan, along with the slogan of Ukraine’s entry into the Customs Union in his election program, advanced from the Party of Regions to the President of the country.
