On July 31, the Americans have already inflicted two airstrikes to protect two groups of rebels: one group was prepared by American experts, the other participates in hostilities together with the 30th division. "We see the Syrian forces prepared and equipped with the Ministry of Defense as partners in the struggle against ISIS," said CNN representative of the National Security Council Elister Basque.
