
The volume of mortgage loans for individuals in the first half of 2015 amounted to 460 billion rubles, which is 40% less than for the same period of last year, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation reports .
The number of mortgage loans in currency decreased to 55 from 414 in the first half of 2014. The amount of loans in ruble equivalent decreased to 1.7 billion rubles (by 43%).
The volume of ruble mortgage loans increased by 2% and amounted to 3.4 trillion rubles.
The volume of mortgages in the second quarter of 2015 increased by 1.4% and amounted to 3.6 trillion rubles. The debt on loans in currency in ruble equivalent decreased by 14.5% to 115.7 billion rubles.
According to the collection agency "Sequoia Credit Consolidation", the volume of overdue debt on a mortgage in Russia by August 1, 2015 reached 54 billion rubles. This is 17.4% more than the beginning of the year and 30% more in annual calculus.
The largest amount of debt falls on Moscow: 3.7 million rubles with a monthly payment of 43 thousand rubles. In second place, the Moscow region is 3.2 million rubles with a monthly payment of 41 thousand rubles.
