In Moscow, the Committee for Salvation of Ukraine was created, Interfax reports. Ukrainian politicians who went to Russia after a change of power in their homeland announced his formation.

The committee members demanded the change of power in Ukraine and called its inhabitants to mass protests against the “criminal regime”. “The people must take power into their own hands. If millions of resignation are peacefully extend to the streets of the country, then this regime will go without spilling a drop of blood, ”they say.

Representatives of this association advocated the restoration of friendly relations with Russia (the current Ukrainian government, as you know, accuses the Russian Federation of inciting the conflict in the Donbass and the annexation of Crimea). They also expressed their readiness to “drive all foreigners from the Government of Ukraine into the neck of all foreigners” and cancel the decisions of the Ukrainian authorities related to mobilization and military operations.

The press conference was attended by the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov, former deputies of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Oleinik and Igor Markov, as well as the head of the public organization of Mother of Ukraine Galina Zaporozhtseva.

Earlier it was reported that the Committee of the Salvation of Ukraine is called upon to become an alternative to the current government of Ukraine. His representatives also nominated from their ranks of the presidential candidate - the former deputy from the former ruling party of regions Vladimir Oleinik. It should be noted that the presidential election in Ukraine is not planned in the near future.

In his homeland, Nikolai Azarov and Vladimir Oleinik are defendants in criminal cases. Both are wanted. The first is on charges of abuse of powers (he is suspected of illegal suspension of checking the state -owned enterprise), the second - oncharges of organizing illegal voting in the Verkhovna Rada.
