Thus, Dobrynina will not be on the list if Orlov wins the election of the head of the region, which are scheduled for September 13.

Dobrynin proposed introducing the principle of “do not ask - do not say” for homosexuals, and also opposed the law on the “right to oblivion” on the Internet.

Konstantin Dobrynin became a senator in 2012. In the upper house of parliament, he is the deputy chairman of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction.
