Today - about the themed menu of chef Maxim Myasnikov in the Prozhektor restobar and mushroom dishes of chef Mikhail Kuklenko in the Ribambel restaurants.

This year, one of the hits of August was creamy chanterelle soup. Maxim Myasnikov complements it with smoked chicken sausage. Quite an unexpected but funny combination. In addition, he offers smoked duck carpaccio with chanterelles, warm salad with shrimp and chanterelles, Vegas steak with chanterelle gratin and sea bass fillet with chanterelle cream and vegetables. The menu also includes chanterelles with new pea puree and mussels, and chanterelles stewed in sour cream with baked potatoes in a frying pan. The cost of all mushroom dishes is 470-750 rubles.

To slightly dilute the mushroom theme, I’ll tell you about a few more summer dishes from Prozhektor. This is a transformed carrot for 420 rubles. with smoked salmon filling, cream cheese and gamadari sauces and fresh cucumber, cod liver pie for 370 rubles, smoked mackerel pate for 320 rubles. and hand-made bulls in tomato sauce for 390.

Among Ribambel's seasonal mushroom novelties, it is worth mentioning wild rice with chanterelles and pine nuts for 340 rubles, ravioli with beef and chanterelles in creamy sauce for 520 rubles. and dorado fillet with fried sweet potatoes and chanterelles for 650 rubles.
