At the disposal of Putin, the article says, was an investigative group from the police unit of East Germany, known under the code name "K1". Officially, this unit was responsible for the investigation of "political crimes" in the GDR, and some branches of K1 collaborated with the KGB, including the Dresden department under the leadership of Putin. This fact was confirmed by two Putin’s former colleagues in an interview with Correct! V, as well as the files of the East German Security Service, which turned out to be at the disposal of the authors of the investigation.

V, a man named Klaus Zuhold, who at the time of the meeting with Vladimir Putin studied at the staff of the recruitment of foreign agents. Zuhold is one of the few witnesses who are ready to talk now openly about their cooperation with Putin. The Correct! V agency admits that this person’s statements should be called into question, if only because he was at one time a double agent. However, David Crawford and Marcus Bensmann, after numerous checks and research of the relevant documents, considered the information transferred by Zuhold quite accurate and important for the public.

Zuhold and Putin quickly became friends, Zuhold invited the Soviet agent to his country house, which was located next to the Soviet barracks. According to Zuhold, Putin treated the military "with contempt", believing that the army "lost Afghanistan and disgraced the country." If there is something that Putin does not tolerate at all, then this is weakness, Zuhold believes, according to which, by whom, the leadership of the Stasi, having learned that he was working with the KGB, transferred him from the department of foreign intelligence into a less prestigious observation department and did not trust him more important information. Zuhold was even suspected by Stasi agents of cooperation with West German intelligence BND - this is supposedly evidenced by his dossier from the archives of the Stasi.

Describing Putin, Zuhold emphasizes that he appreciated in people, first of all, power and absolute devotion. In particular, Zuhold talks about numerous violations of George S., to which Putin closed his eyes, seeing in George S. "his main agent." V investigation says, Putin decided to blackmail the scientist, throwing him pornographic materials taken from the Archives of the Stasi. He instructed George Sh. The very fact of blackmail now denies, however, in 1993, in the bedroom of George Sh. During the search, the materials that were used for blackmail were found, Zuhold claims, referring to the inventory shown to him. The Correct! V request in the police stated that there are no files from this case.
