When, after the Second World War, the regimes in the Soviet Union and other countries of the social camp finally took shape, Milovan Jilas, and later Mikhail Zhelensky became the discoverers of the new exploiting class - nomenclature - the inhabitants of the Bolshevik Empire and territories controlled by it annually placed on the hump.

The whole focus of the existence of the nomenclature was that it, as a medieval monasticism, did not own anything - but served faith. Therefore, the fall from the heights of power was so painful. Yes, they were ready to leave an apartment and a special forces, but they could take a special person, handing the keys to the successor from happiness. They could take the special machine, transfer to another supply level, give tickets to other sanatoriums - this is if you parted peacefully with you, of course. In a word, if you and your loved ones wanted to live at the highest level of consumption that defeated socialism for the country - you should have remained in power.

Therefore, neither Stalin of the 1937 model with his crazy repression, nor Khrushchev with his constant personnel rearrangements did not decisively arrange the nomenclature. She was arranged by Brezhnev. What is commonly called "stagnation" was actually the golden age of the socialist nomenclature. The first secretaries of the Central Committee of the Republican Communist Parties and regional committees ruled for decades, ministerial portfolios did not exchange pension certificates, but with pension wreaths, the Politburo resembled a team of living dead ... The same was observed in subordinate states. Not only Brezhnev, but also Zhivkov, Gusak, Honecker, Chauske, Kadar, Cadadenbal and other outstanding figures of the communist and international labor movement did not imagine any other way to add powers except honorable funerals. And in fact, it was not a gerontocracy, no - it was the use of the state resource to the best students of the dragon in how to use this resource more correctly.

It seemed that in the event of the collapse of socialism, the nomenclature would not last a day. After all, an important condition for its functioning was the lack of private property. And when private property appeared, for a luxurious life - much more luxurious than the life of the deceased Soviet nomenclature - it was no longer necessary to be in power for ages. When at the beginning of the Putin’s second term there was a caricature depicting the president and his surroundings in the form of elderly seniles hung with orders, it seemed that this is grotesque exaggeration: why people turning on billions or at least hundreds of millions of dollars, hold on to power?

But why. Then, that they did not earn these billions and millions. They appropriated them. They were assigned precisely because they were one of the echelons of the nomenclature, which took advantage of the collapse of socialism. An amazing mutation occurred - not only that these people privatized the state along with its special articles, special trips and special lines, so they, with the help of the authorities, received property and money, which are incomparable with what their predecessors could have. It turned out that the Soviet nomenclature was not yet any "new class" - precisely because it did not own private property in the state, whose inhabitants themselves had nothing but pride in the achievement of socialism.

A real "supernome" class is the nomenclature of Putin. The gap between it and the main population of Russia is much wider than between the Soviet nomenclature and the citizens of the then USSR: to make sure of this, it is enough to compare the photos of some celebration of Brezhnev and the Peskov’s wedding - and the Secretary General is not even compared here with the president, but with a small meaningless official, the “dangling head” of the president. I’m not even talking about luxury on foreign villas and yachts - Brezhnev and did not suspect what Monaco was, and Putin hunts with the prince of this wonderful state.

Ordinary citizens essentially remained in the same position of disenfranchised slaves in which they were after the Bolshevik coup. Yes, they were allowed to privatize the cells in which the "owners of life" settled them. Yes, it is now easier for them to buy a collapsing foreign car and go to Antalya instead of Sochi or Yalta. But in a quarter of a century after the collapse of the USSR, the main part of its population remains the same disadvantaged, unpromising service of the real "owners of the country." Social elevators did not work either. The infrastructure of civilized life as the destiny of the elect and remained, only significantly improved for some and became unusable for others. Do not believe - compare the Rublevka reminiscent of some Swiss canton with a real Russian village, spinning and fooling. Or with some kind of industrial single-industry towns, which turned into a daily nightmare for its inhabitants. Compared?

But the most important thing is that Russian citizens did not have influence on the state in Soviet times, and now they have not. And they will not have, because the predators who privatized and plundered this state see this lack of control the best guarantee to maintain their wealth and their privileged position, which cannot affect either crises, exposure, or judicial sentences. While the Russians will be the slaves of their greedy rulers, and not the citizens of their country, these people and their money really do not threaten nothing.

The question is how to become citizens? The answer is no. In the current conditions - no way. When there are no real elections, no competition, no free press, no sense of danger among those who own the country, evolution is impossible. In fact, the "supername class" turned into a "super -sided" - that very imperial aristocracy, which even at the beginning of the 20th century could not understand the need for real changes and believed that it was possible to replace the reforms with war. And as a result, she was thrown into the slums of Paris and Istanbul, robbed, ruined, destroyed with Russia. The time has come for high -ranking balls, who only after decades realized that all that their predecessors had at their disposal - to have, and not to get to the application, is much more convenient.

So the circle is closed - and again selected by the seventeenth year. Only two thousand seventeenth. And again, as a few years before that revolution, those in power are convinced that everything is wonderful with them, the slaves are in a patriotic frenzy, the ruler’s rating reached space heights, the trust in power is obvious, there is simply no opposition, and the one that is assigned to the opposition is the same “their” nouveau riches.

But the question is actually not at all, there will be a revolution in Russia - or this time it will cost. The question is exclusively whether it will be possible to linger in February on a new round of history - or the country that has lost landmarks will again slide in October, into the hands of the next generation of homeless ball.
