Putin replaced Russia's representative to the OSCE

Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Alexander Lukashevich, who previously headed the press service of the Foreign Ministry, as the new representative of Russia to the OSCE.

What position will receive the former representative of Russia, Andrei Kelin, is not officially reported. According to Kommersant, he will head the department of pan-European cooperation of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
