Activists Andrei Surovtsev and Natalya Fedorova were fined 10,000 rubles by decision of the Tverskoy District Court. In both cases, the court refused to call the police as witnesses; in the case of Fedorova, it also refused to attach video recordings to the case. The court also ignored Fedorova's lawyer Vitaly Serukanov's statement that, according to police officers, she was detained at 13:00 and taken to the police station at 17:40, making it unclear where she was for four and a half hours, reportedly on Twitter of the human rights movement "Progressive Right".
In total, on July 26, 13 participants in a walk in T-shirts of the For Torfyanka movement were detained on Red Square, and the trials are taking place on August 5 and 6.
