The licenses of the NPF "Savings Fund Solnechny Beach" (formerly "Sberfond RESO") and NPF "Sberegatelny" were cancelled.

The basis for the decision was the failure of these NPFs to comply with the instructions of the Central Bank to eliminate violations of the requirements of federal laws and regulations and violations of requirements regarding the management of pension savings funds.

Earlier, on August 3, the Central Bank canceled the licenses to carry out pension provision and pension insurance activities from five Motylev NPFs. The licenses of NPF Solntse were revoked. Life. Pension”, “Sunny Time”, “Adekta-Pension”, “Uraloboronzavodsky” and “Protection of the Future”. Temporary administrations have been appointed to the NPF.

At the same time, the Central Bank introduced for NPF "Savings Fund Solnechny Beach" and NPF "Sberegatelny" a 6-month ban on concluding new pension agreements, as well as on transferring pension savings to trust management, on writing off funds from pension accounts and a number of other restrictions.

The Bank of Russia promised to reimburse the insured persons for their pension savings in the amount and manner established by Russian legislation.
