Several more defenders of Torfyanka were fined 10 thousand rubles

On August 6, the Tverskoy Court fined several participants in a walk along Red Square wearing T-shirts of the movement for the preservation of the Torfyanka park. Nina Arziani, Denis Goncharenko and Elena Plyukhova were fined 10 thousand rubles, as were several people the day before . As noted on Twitter by the Progressive Law human rights movement, the wrong passport and the wrong time of detention were indicated in Arziani's administrative offense protocol (in addition, it was crossed out). All petitions, including the inclusion of video recordings in the case, were rejected. The defense intends to appeal the court's decision.
