On August 5, mass searches were held in the south of the Stavropol Territory. Books and brochures were seized at least in 19 residents of Essentuki, Mineral Water, Pyatigorsk, Kislovodsk, Lermontov, Patrimon, Andropovsky and Mineralovodsky districts.

Five people were detained and interrogated in the prosecutor's office, after which they were presented with decisions to initiate criminal cases and released on a recognizance not to leave.

All detainees, according to the investigation, are representatives of the Old Russian Inglistical Church of the Orthodox Orthodox-Inglaings. In total, two criminal cases were instituted to initiate hatred or enmity, committed by an organized group (paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). The suspects on one of them are the administrator of the Pyrun Children page on the VKontakte social network (currently access to it is possible only at the invitation) Anton Gavrishev, as well as Alexander Semenov and Nailya Klyuchantsev, according to which, as the decision to initiate the case, Gavrishev acted. Another thing was excited against Igor and Galina Litvinenko.

As reported on the website of the Investigative Committee, the Inglings are accused of the fact that they “united in two territorially separate religious groups that operated in Pyatigorsk and mineral waters”, “distributed their beliefs about the exclusivity and superiority of one race and inferiority of the other”, promoted “ideas that humiliate the dignity of groups of people according to nationality, language and attitude to religion”, for religion, for religion, for religion. Safronov, from the words of the operatives, concluded that for conducting searches in the Stavropol Territory "they were driven from all over Russia, from different regions, they arrived, and they did not know what task, they were handed over the addresses with addresses just before searches."

Safronov said that during the search he was asked about the suspects, and not only about whether they made some “extremist calls of the nationalist sense”, but also about “calls for the overthrow of power”, as well as whether they are trading in literature. Safronov himself earlier earlier, the FSB officers also accused the preparation of the armed seizure of power, but “in words”, without compiling any documents.

The participants in the event were threatened, the organizers were awarded a warning about the inadmissibility of extremist activity in the form of criticism of the authorities. As a result, the event was closed with the same agenda of the day, that is, they still discussed the actions of local authorities. On the street, according to Chernov, riot police on duty.

The Old Russian Inglian Church of the Orthodox Old Believers-Inglaings is the direction of Slavic neo-rationalism, founded by Alexander Hinevich in 1992 in Omsk. Its followers consider the ingliism of the “ancient faith of the Slavic and Aryan peoples”, and the very Church of the Inglings is “the unified ancient community of the Great race and the family of heaven, which unites all white people in all lands, on the basis of the faith of the primary predicted”. In 2008, the case was instituted at the founder of the Inglings Church on the organization of the prohibited organization (part 1 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code), he was sentenced to a conditional term. A new case against Khinevich, initiated under the same article, for the continuation of the prohibited organization, was submitted to the court in January 2015.

The Information and Analytical Center “Owl”, which is monitoring xenophobo-motivated crimes and the unlawful use of anti-extremist legislation, does not attribute cases of persecution of the inclings to the number of unlawful ones. In particular, the materials of the Owls noted that Khinevich addressing the followers, allowed himself frank racist calls and arranged public events with symbols and rituals similar to Nazi.
