The CEO of the Russian Media Group, Sergei Kozhevnikov, was dismissed, his position was taken by Sergei Arkhipov. The corresponding decision was made at an absentee meeting of the company's board of directors. Kozhevnikov did not take part in the meeting. He promised to challenge the decision in court.
In addition to Kozhevnikov, Development Director Mikhail Zotov and Financial Director Yana Ladzhu leave the Russian Media Group on August 10.
