Three heroes

Vacation is a wonderful time when you can forget about the business and join the land and the people. All the questions that seem important and topical in the bustle of the working days - all these ratings and road maps, reduction and growth of efficiency are retreating, and the soul rushes to true values.

When I put a glass on a plastic table on my six hundred parts and eat a barbecue, my mood becomes relaxed and, you can even say, lyrical. And - even though you crack - I can’t think in a rational and logical manner, I begin to look at life in its entirety and versatility.

After the second glass, I begin to think about love. No, do not think that I am in some kind of bad sense: I think about the highest manifestation of love-about love for leadership. Of course, pure and only love, one might say, love to the coffin - mine, is it - I feel for our national leader. But this feeling is so exalted and pure, one might even say, intimate that I am not ready to talk about it publicly.

But there are many prominent figures to which I also experience very strong feelings. And of course, first of all these are the leaders of science and education. And so, when my thoughts are covered with thin wolf, I try, but I just can’t understand who I love more than three glimming over the gray mass. Three, so to speak, Atlanteans, on whose shoulders our scientific and educational field rests.

All of you, of course, know their names: Mikhail Valentinovich Kovalchuk, Dmitry Viktorovich Livanov and Viktor Antonovich Sadovnichy. Three shining stars of our sky.

I compare their multifaceted virtues. Historically, of course, my rector is closer and wider to me - Viktor Antonovich Sadovnichy. Blue! Mary humanity! There is no alternative to him. Having headed his native university in a dashing Godin, he not only saved this precious gift, but, as a zealous owner, increased the national treasure. New faculties, technology parks, innovative parks, residential complexes - how much was and how much it will be!

There is no doubt that, under the wise leadership of the rector, all our plans of the huge will be implemented: in 2020, the Nobel and Fields laureates will go along the corridors - our professors, and the average salary of professors, teachers and researchers of the university will exceed the average salary in Moscow at least twice.

Mikhail Valentinovich Kovalchuk. Titan, a giant of thought, father of Russian nanonauki and nano -industrial industry! Who, if not he, could collect several famous institutions into a single breakthrough national laboratory who could create a world -class center of convergence of nanobioinfocognitive technologies, which has already provided the country with a scientific reinforcing for decades ahead? Under his leadership, hordes of military and civilian nanobots will soon be developed, which will allow Russia to take leading positions in the world. Finally, he is not only the largest scientist, not only the most prominent organizer of science, but also, I am not afraid of the word, with a capital letter Enlightener. A person who enlightens both the population and the highest leadership!

Dmitry Viktorovich Livanov! The youngest of this trinity, but the earliest. Young rector, young minister! The official who can pounding the plagiators, and reform, and separate the lambs from the goats among universities, giving the first to enhanced food and indicating their path to the tops. A person who will not be afraid of in a fierce cold to lead a handful of young talents on the very top of the earth!

Like three heroes, they carry the Russian land. Only, my dear colleagues, I think, once again putting a glass on the table, how to make out which of them is more powerful and cooler? This task is not easy, I do not believe that one of you could say without hesitation which of them is more valuable. That's it-right away! There is not enough whole liter here.
