A resident of the capital's district Zelenograd Alexander Razumov, accused of extremism and recruiting police officers in the "Right Sector", was a member of the Moscow City Folk squad. Earlier, Zelenograd.ru wrote that Razumov was a warrior in the Silino and Old Kryukovo microdistricts. In this capacity, he, in particular, was involved in a criminal investigation as a witness.

The prosecutor called the membership in the national squad that the circumstance "exacerbating the Acts of Razumov." Being a warrior, the accused "had to defend our safety with you," the prosecutor explained.

Rehilov himself, after the announcement of the indictment, refused to plead guilty. Bairet Garyaev’s lawyer, who defended the defendant for their intended purpose, noticed that he was in publications on the Internet “enjoyed his right of freedom of speech, freely express his thoughts,” and did not recruit the “right sector”.

Further in the meeting, witnesses of the accusations were interrogated - police Alexander Frolov and Alexei Chub, whom Razumov allegedly tried to recruit when he found out that they served in Chechnya and had combat experience. According to Frolov, the defendant stated that in Ukraine they would pay twice as much as in the Russian police. “For every murdered Muscovite, he promised an additional monetary reward,” the policeman added.

Frolov also claimed that Razumov declared his connections with the “right sector” and acquaintance with the leader of this party Dmitry Yarosh. At the same time, according to Kasparov.ru, he recruited them not to the "right sector", but to the National Guard. Meanwhile, the "Right Sector" is not included in the National Guard.

The witness added that neither he nor Chub gave Razumov a certain answer to the proposal, and at the end of the conversation they reported to his interlocutor, after which they took it into development.

The policeman Chub confirmed the testimony of his colleague.

SKR announced the case of Razumov in early July , after the transfer of materials to the court. The accused is charged with part 1 of Article 282 (excitement of hatred or enmity, up to four years of colony) and part 1 of Article 359 of the Criminal Code (recruiting mercenaries, from four to eight years).

According to the case, from March 2 to May 2, 2014, Razumov was trained in the Right Sector training center under the name Spring, which is said in the indictment, operates on the basis of the 162nd Center for the Military Forces in military unit No. 0665 in the Chernihiv region. Upon returning to Russia, according to the plot of the case, Razumov began to recruit into the combat structures of this party.

At the same time, the conversation with Frolov and Chub is the only episode of the recruitment sane, and it occurred, according to the prosecution, on August 20, 2014, that is, three and a half months after the return of Razumov to Russia.

The 282nd article of the Criminal Code is charged with the defendant for publication on the personal VK page "of various information aimed at arousing hatred and enmity, as well as humiliation of the dignity of a group of persons according to the grounds of nationality." The last record on this page is dated just on August 20, 2014.

Razumov is 36 years old, he graduated from the Moscow Financial and Legal Academy. In the Moscow city folk squad, he has been composed since 2002, that is, since the establishment of this organization in the current form.
