On the territory of the Garden Partnership, a fairy tale in the Vladimir region for several months, a private illegal “nursing home” functioned for several months. For a monthly fee from relatives, elderly or seriously ill people were taken into it. They were extremely scarce and packed, they were taken away from their phones, they were not allowed to go outside. People lay in a cramped room on dirty linen, they looked after illegal migrants. From March to July 2015, eight people died there. The inhabitants of the garden partnership and the police suggested that in one of the houses something was wrong, but they could not do anything about it for a very long time. The special correspondent of Medusa Andrei Kozenko found out the details of this story.

On August 8, 2015, in the garden non -profit partnership (SNT) “Fairy Tale”, which is located on the border between the Moscow and Vladimir regions, the meeting was held - they chose a new chairman. The atmosphere was so -so. They screamed on Yagodin. They demanded that he leave immediately.

“I declare protest,” he answered. - This is a gross violation of democracy.

In principle, such a meeting could have passed in any of the country cooperatives in Russia, if not for one but. 20 meters from the chairman's house is two -story, very prosperous in appearance of the cottage. From March to July 2015, a private paid house for elderly or seriously ill - for example, suffered a stroke, was functioning illegally (on the territory of SNT according to the Charter). Muscovites and residents of the Moscow Region found ads about this house on the Internet and handed over their relatives here for 20-22 thousand rubles a month. The people who were here almost did not feed and did not drink, they took away mobile phones. It is possible that they were chosen by psychotropic drugs (or similar in action; the investigation has just begun, a 60-liter black package stuffed with drugs was removed). Most of the time people just lay. From May to July, eight people died here.

On July 31, a consolidated detachment of riot police, investigators of the IC of the Russian Federation and representatives of the FSB broke into the country. They discovered here 18 people aged 60 to 87 years. Two of them were dead. The nursing home managers did not have time to take them out. The living were sent to hospitals. Many could not walk. Some grandmothers weighed 30-40 kilograms. In hospitals, customers of this almshouse hid food under the pillow for a week; They thought they would take it away. Those who could speak called the contacts of their relatives. In some cases, relatives refused to pick them up. “We paid the money, and in general I have no time to do this,” there was something like that. The remaining without the support of the elderly are treated and distributed through normal nursing homes.

“We have become known from some police leaders about what is happening there,” Dmitry Antonov, assistant to the head of the department of the RF IC of the Russian Federation in the Vladimir Region, tells me. - We learned from them and took care of the fact that in the same place there is one uncriminal death after another. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is threatened to get a case against the district police officer from the closest to the “fairy tale” of the city of Pokrov. The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Vladimir Region complain about the lack of personnel, and the head of the department Sergey Gubarev says that just in the area where everything happened, the position of the district police officer was vacant.

At first, four people were detained in the case. The names of two in Vladimir SK are not called. This is a 28-year-old man and a 24-year-old girl. They were tenants of the cottage and the administrators of the nursing home. They partially, according to Antonov, pleaded guilty, and the court arrested them for two months under part 2 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“The provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements that resulted in causing serious harm to health or the death of a person”). Two more detainees are the chairman of the SNT Yagodin and the actual owner of the house, 70-year-old Natalya Astafyeva. In the summer village, many hoped that they would not see both soon, but they were released after 48 hours in the status of witnesses. Such a strangeness of this matter: both were at least aware of what was happening inside the summer cottage.

There is another large land plot behind this dacha. I am sitting and talking here with two neighbors Astafyeva. Elena Bogatova has been living here for about five years - in the summer and autumn, Svetlana Egorova since 1984, and in the "fairy tale" spends more time than in Moscow.

“I’ll say purely in a womanly: Astafyeva is such a woman a la Ekaterina the second. Majestic. I wanted to create a female society here with me, but I did not agree with many characters, ”Yegorova characterizes it. In the 1990s, Astafyeva occupied one of the leading posts at the customs of Domodedovo Airport. Apparently, it was her golden time. Then he and her husband bought this site and began to rebuild the house. The first guests of Astafyeva are still amazed at his initial setting: half -wall paintings, Saxon porcelain, expensive carpets, the latest equipment.

Once at the beginning of the 2000s, riot police arrived in masks at Domodedovo customs and laid the entire leadership of the floor on the floor; Investigators began to withdraw documents. The neighbors Astafyeva from her words say that she hid in the toilet and waited for the security forces to leave. For the next three years, she spent on avoiding responsibility, and she succeeded.

In 2006, Astafyeva’s husband died, her affairs gradually became worse. She agreed with the chairman of the Yugan. Most of his life he worked as a bartender at the Beijing Hotel (part of the summer residents, however, they say that the Cosmos hotel, but all as one characterize it as a person who has a coin instead of the eyes). For some time, Astafyeva was engaged in the gasification of the country village. Residents are convinced that she mercilessly robbed them. “She shod the gardeners,” Egorova grins. - There are two thousand from the site, there are several more. And there are many sites. ” When Astafyev was caught almost by the hand, the estimates for work were halved, but at the same time the summer residents acquired an evil enemy in the person of Astafyeva. Around 2011, calling all thieves, she moved off the cottage. She lived with Yagodin, then somewhere in Orekhovo-Zuevo. She began to take the cottage, and since then, the inhabitants of the "Tales" began to receive one strong impression on another.

From the section of Elena Bogatova, the second floor of the dacha Astafyeva is clearly visible. And a small fence between the sites generally appeared relatively recently. Astafyeva, who occupied the money from the rich money, decided that it was more profitable for her to quarrel with them than to repay debts. “The Kirbists settled the first here,” says Bogatova; It sounds like the name of the sect, and I have to ask again. It really is not about sectarians: Astafyeva entered into an agreement with some kind of commercial company and settled in the house a man of 20 salesmen. In the afternoon they sold Kirby vacuum cleaners, and in the evening they spent the time in the country, as they knew how. It happened that they drank and rowdy. They ordered the whole cottage, broke the heating boiler and were expelled.

They were replaced by builders from Serbia. About them in the summer village of Memories the best: the Serbs were friendly, did not drink, and in the evenings they sang in chorus beautiful songs. Following the Serbs, an international team of builders appeared. Memories are worse about her. New tenants inclined some of the residents of the “fairy tales” to the joint bingers weak to alcohol. According to their tip, several cottages were opened, from where exclusively alcohol was stolen.

And last year, in the dacha Astafyeva, a brothel functioned. Girls received customers in the country. Sometimes they went to the track leading from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod. The summer residents of the girls, one might say, regretted. Arriving in the winter, they joked: they say, our own on the road, I froze all your ears, let's take it home. Now summer residents are anxiously recall that along with prostitutes in the house there were several children. They really hope that these were just the sons and daughters of the girls, and no one exploited them.

And in the spring of 2015, the neighbors Astafyeva became not at all funny. There was complete silence in the house, but there was clearly someone there.

In good weather, the Bogaty family loves to have breakfast in the fresh air. With the onset of heat, the family resumed this tradition and immediately discovered that an elderly half -naked man was closely observed from the window of the second floor of the cottage. He did not say anything, did not make any gestures, did not try to make contact. He just stood and looked. This went on for several days; This brought the little daughter of the rich to hysteria, they could not eat. All attempts to make contact with a man ended with the fact that someone was cleaning him by force from the window; However, then he appeared there again.

The patience of Elena Bogatova ended when one day she heard the sound of the fall of the human body and a very painful cry from the neighboring site. She went to get acquainted with her neighbors already in a rather ultimatum form. The door to her reluctantly was opened by a young guy in camouflage clothes. There were two more women on the site - as it turned out later, illegal migrants from Kyrgyzstan. They were engaged in caring for elderly people; After everything was revealed, they were not arrested. It is not yet clear whether they will be witnesses in the case.

The guy was very unfriendly; He told Bogatova that people who fell into automobile accidents undergo rehabilitation. When asked how many people, he said that this is a commercial secret. When asked what a commercial secret in the non -profit partnership of gardeners could be, began to be rude and turned into a conversation.

Bogatova and other neighbors went to the chairman of the buttock and demanded an explanation. It was said that it was time to stop the incomprehensible activity at the dacha of his roommate, he pretended not to understand what it was about. There was no sense from the watchmen (at the entrance to the country village of Slagbaum and Board). They all drank as one, not sparing themselves.

When the district police officer came to the country to fix the next non -violent death, the summer residents surrounded him. They demanded an explanation, but that little could tell them, because the tenants of the cottage acted quite cunningly.

On the site next to the dacha itself was initially another large building. It was a billiard room and a sauna. Tenants (with or without the consent of Astafyeva - this is unknown) put a fence between these two buildings. And then came as follows. When the next person was dying, he was transferred from a common house to a sauna and called a district police officer. The policeman forced the same picture every time: an elderly dead man lies on the couch, and a sad girl sits next to him. The girl explained that she looked after a pensioner, but the time came to die. But the phone of her relatives, who asked to care. The district police officer called the relatives, convinced that the contract exists, and he had no choice but to fill out the protocol and call the car from the morgue. He did not have a formal right to go to a neighboring house and see what was happening there - this requires the consent of the owner of the house. In addition, according to documents, the cottage is located on one land plot, and the sauna on the other.

From March to July, the district police officer came six times. Bogatova retells one of their conversations: the district police officer complained that his authorities were already “beaten up”, reporting upstairs that something very strange was happening in the “Fairy Tale”.

It all ended on July 31, when at least five ambulance cars appeared next to the cottage, as well as the power of security forces. A man with general epaulets walked around the site, from time to time pointing a finger: "And arrest it." Bogatova, in the role of a witness, first went into a neighboring house and was horrified. The beds stood close to each other. To one of the people who could not get up, the doctors could not squeeze with a wheelchair. Completed and very dirty linen everywhere. No hint even on the smell of food - and only TVs in a pair of rooms. “If we only immediately understood what was happening there,” Bogatova laments.

The Fairy Tale partnership is now like a steamed anthill. They say that older people could be victims of “black realtors” (they don’t think so in the UK). Summer residents are sure that Astafyeva was definitely aware of everything that was happening. She came monthly to take the readings of the electricity meters. Some do not exclude that she did not even, even by her will, arranged either a hostel, then a brothel, then a house of death. Allegedly, it owes a large amount, about six million rubles, to some “influential people” from Orekhovo-Zuevo. According to one version, to officials, according to the other to the bandits; At the same time, summer residents clearly mean the same characters. And supposedly they could force the hostess of the dacha to share her, forgiving part of the debt. Summer residents say that Astafyeva is selfish - yes, but in order to turn their house into a place where people are subjected to severe treatment and die, this is too much even for her.

They took everyone out of the summer house, the security forces sealed her, forgetting the dog inside, which lived in the house. The hungry dog ​​moved to the rich, and now they do not know what to do with it. There is not the slightest desire to leave it, and there are no shelters for abandoned animals in the Vladimir region.

Perhaps this is a protective reaction to what happened, but many summer residents in the Board worry the most. “So write: we express the complete distrust of the rule and personally to the buttock,” one of them convinced, having previously asked how influential the “Medusa” was for all kinds of authorities. The Nicholas Komkov elected by the new chairman (he already held this position before the arrival of Alexander Yagodin) for a long time and with pleasure told me the story of the creation of a “fairy tale”. The fact that the summer house of the State Planning Commission was originally here, there are many of them now (Komkov himself worked as a referent of the head of the State Planning Commission Nikolai Baibakov); As with him, they spent water and light here. But when I asked him about the nursing home, he shrugged - he, like everyone else, knew nothing. However, he knew about a brothel, but “like an ordinary summer resident” living here only in the summer, he could not do anything about it.

Yagodin after the meeting at which he was overthrown, he called everyone with the "raiders" and left somewhere. His phone did not answer at first, and then was turned off. Both phone numbers of Natalia Astafyeva are blocked and not served. Summer residents say that she has been afraid of some persecution for more than a year and changes the number once every few weeks.
