A constantly tight -tight -tight -time anti -ethnic legislation, improvement of the police technical base, the expansion of the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB engaged in dissenting, falsified criminal cases, unlawful methods - despite the possibility of suppressing protests using all the above methods, the authorities are also required by civil assistants. By analogy with the events in Ukraine, opposition in Russia call them "titles."
The word "title" came from the surname Titushko. Vadim Titushko is an athlete from the Kyiv region who broke the journalist during a skirmish at an opposition rally in the Ukrainian capital on May 18, 2013. It is not easy to understand on which side during this rally was a title during this rally. Obviously, hired fist fighters in Ukraine used a variety of political parties. During the events on the Maidan, Vadim Titushko was on the side of the revolution, but his surname has already turned into a common sense for often lumpenized mercenaries who are ready to work for power and forcefully confront oppositionists.
The phenomenon that has received such a designation today has a long history in Russia - since the collapse of the USSR. In the 80s, the subculture of Lyubers-the young people from Lyubertsy and other workers of the capital enthusiastically fascinated by the culture. The beginning of the participation of the Luber in the socio-political life of the Soviet Suyuza that lived out its last years dates from April 20, 1982-the teenagers near Moscow came to the center of the capital of the neo-Nazis.
This is how one of the participants in the events describes : “We came to Pushkinskaya. Here, a man in civilian clothes approached us, as it turned out later, Lieutenant Colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He said: “The pacifists will gather now, the Nazis will gather. (The fight against Nazism for Lyubers meant the fight against dissenters-approx. OVD-info). Guys, we must disperse.” There were seventy people, well, about a hundred, no more. We stood around the corner. Here's how he said: “The ambulance will pass - you can start. The fire will pass - round, run up.” Well, when the ambulance passed, it began. And we no longer saw and did not hear the fire. Someone screamed something: “The car has passed, diverge.” What kind of “diverging”! They fought until the riot police cordoned off the whole fight (well, then it was not riot police, but just a police), until they began to throw everyone on the bus. And they said to one of ours: “So, you stand at the bus, take your own”. ”
In addition to the Nazis, Lyuberths fought with the youth subcultures of the 80s (punk, hippies, metallists) under the flag of the protection of Soviet values from "corrugated influences". One of the former Lubers also recalls : “The idea was that there should be neither pacifists, nor the Nazis, nor anyone else. We perceived everything like this: here we lead a healthy lifestyle, swing, play sports-and someone walks there with chains, some kind of slogans shouting-all this seemed to us ... well, not natural. And then, we were taught to all this to the Komsomol and Pioneer. We went for the idea. We did not go for the sake of money, as later young people who became bandits. ”
Denis Yudin: "They use the tactics of" death squadrons ""
The struggle against dissenters, covered by anti -fascist rhetoric, has a haracathery and for future "street guards" - "Nashists" and "anti -Maidans". What is such “anti -fascism” costs, the “anthem of the Lyuber” popular in the Lubert environment is well shown: its heroes are simultaneously “fighting the Nazis” and “apply their genocide” - against those who “scream” and “shaving whiskey”:
*We were born and grew up in Lyubertsy,
Center of rough physical strength,
But we believe: our dream will come true -
Lyubertsy will be the center of Russia.*
*We have neither Nazis nor the punk.
We do not have to scream, shave whiskey.
Here is forty of each bank.
Turn out! Hold on, men!*
*Let you be black as anthracite -
You won’t even hide at night.
We use our genocide
Against any thieves limit.*
Ironically, young people who were one of the most ardent opponents of the Lyuber in the street skirmishes of the 80s, at the end of this decade founded the Night Wolves motorcycle club, now-when their generation has already been in fifty-they have become one of the creators of Anti-Maidan, a movement very similar to the street enemies of their own youth. In the 90s, despite the many manifestations of violence-from the execution of the White House and Chechen wars to the rampant of banditry-the “Tithers” were not massively in demand.
In 2000, the “Young Guard of United Russia” (Mger) and “Walking Together” by Vasily Yakemenko appeared simultaneously. Later, “going” turned into “ours”, other players appeared on the same field - “young Russia”, “local”, “steel”, etc. They did not always have friendly relations, but all of them were entrenched in the nickname “Nashists”. The events on the Maidan in 2005 seriously frightened the Kremlin, which resulted in generous financing of Nashists until the end of the decade.
Just like Lyuber, they called themselves anti -fascists, and anti -fascism for them also meant protection. They became opponents not informals, but opposition. Although their main targets were the radical part of the opposition (activists of the now prohibited NBP, “solidarity”, the united civil front), they also treated hard hostility to quite loyal Communist Party and “Just Russia”.
The ourselves did not strive for any constructive discussion, the political struggle against the opposition. Their actions ranged from posters with insults to the opposition and paper heads of famous liberals and human rights activists, mounted on sticks in one of the change of Seliger camp, before the personal cars of their opponents with feces or bringing the “solidarity” of the bus, filled with wounded dying rams in 2008. From the monthly counter-actions that impede the “strategy 31” on the triumphal square to disruptions of concerts and acts of violence.
Nadezhda Mityushkina: "Titles have always been"
Football hooligans involved in the opposition were engaged in violent attacks on the opposition. The hooligans paid for these attacks, but, according to the sources of ATS-Info among the football fans of the mid-zero, the fans participated in the actions of the Nurses not quite voluntarily. The fan subculture of the middle of the zero in Moscow was highly disciplined groups of sports young people with serious experience of street unrest. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB were concerned about this form of youth leisure. The submission of the hooligans to the Nashists was considered as a way of monitoring them. The leaders of the fan groups were persistently recommended to cooperate with the Namy - otherwise criminal cases for fan clashes.
Unlike Lyuber, the nurses were not a popular subculture, but by young careerists who existed for Kremlin financing. The protests of 2011-2012 showed that they were not able to do anything serious at the difficult moment for the authorities. From the third period of Vladimir Putin, their financing was practically nullified. Some of the nurses were able to make a career (not the most successful) in the imperious vertical, but units remained in street and youth policy from zero figures.
Several veterans of the “ours” movement were able to get a much more modest financing for the new youth movement “Network” . Anton Demidov , one of the leaders of the “young Russia”, became one of the coordinators of the street shares of Antimaydan.
Contrary to a common point of view, the Nazis were not often used as titles. There is no evidence that neo -Nazis received orders from the authorities to eliminate opposition.
As documented in the criminal case against the creator of the combat organization of Russian nationalists Ilya Goryachev, the Nazis administration with the Nazis went to the zero cooperation of the Presidential Line. The curator of the “Russian image” was Alexei Mitryushin, one of the leaders of the fans of CSKA, who built his career in the grip from the time of “walking together”.
Roman Popkov: "Now they do not use such attack aircraft"
The presidential administration tried to ensure that Ilya Goryachev loyal to her receive control over the most massive event of the nationalists - the “Russian march”. The authorities arranged round tables with the participation of the ultra -right and representatives of the diaspora, hoping thus reducing the degree of stress between them. These round tables were visited by famous Nazi-offers from the “Russian image” Goryachev and not only (Dmitry Demushkin, Alexander Bosykh). The presidential administration ordered Ilya Goryachev monitoring the activity of the left and collecting their personal data. It should be noted that similar proposals from the presidential administration were also received by the masses at the end of the zero movements of Antif.
The Nazis participated in the acts of the violence of Nashists, since many of them belonged to the subculture of football fans. Football hooligans (and the Nazis) are also included in the security services of our movements.
Even in the case file about the murder of Stanislav Markelov and Anastasia Baburova, a dialogue was recorded on the preparation of the Kolovrat concert on November 4, 2009 in Bolotnaya Square. During the discussion of how to prevent frankly Nazi exits, it turned out that the most famous “lovers of getting drunk and throwing Ziga” on this day would be involved in the protection of the “ours” movement. According to the ATS-Info, even in 2013, the protection of the Summer Camp of the “Young Guard of United Russia” consisted of the ultra-right.
New structures of titles began to form during protests in the winter of 2011-2012. Opposition shares with varying degrees of success tried to resist the teams of fans, Cossacks, ourselves and just young people in civilian clothes. For the presidential election in March 2012, they have already prepared well. In the evening on the voting day, all the streets adjacent to the Kremlin were scored not only by security forces, but also by groups of sports young people, the distinctive sign of which were St. George ribbons.
Viktor Chirikov: "They will attack the car, they will bend the car, they will be beaten off"
Further, the “titular” projects were frozen for a couple of years. According to the two sources related to the Kremlin youth policy, the place of the Nashists tried to occupy the youth structures of the "Motherland" "Dmitry Rogozin. But, for unknown OTD-Info reasons, this script was not implemented. The “fighters with pedophiles” according to the leadership of the Nazis Maxim Martsinkevich claimed the same role, but they used their services only a few times (minor provocations on white -open marches, an attempt to discredit the elections to the opposition Coordination Council), and Martsinkevich was once again sent behind bars.
New “titus” were formed by 2014 and received hot support of the authorities against the backdrop of fear due to the new Ukrainian revolution. They also have a certain folk support - this is not just careerists or scumbags, who sincerely want to “protect Russia from Obama”.
OVD-Info is constantly faced with evidence of extrajudicial pressure on dissenters: from openattacks and provocations on pickets to breakdown of glasses in apartments anddamage to opposition vehicles at night.
Most of the aggressive actions against pro-Ukrainian pickets in Moscow are performed by a small movement of SERB , which appeared last year-probably, it is a bone of pro-Russian activists who fled from the southeast of Ukraine.
A more massive, widespread throughout the country, has become a national liberation movement (NOD) under the leadership of the State Duma deputy from United Russia, a conspiracy thelert Yevgeny Fedorov-has existed for several years, but has been in demand during hysteria in Russia due to events on the Maidan. From the point of view of the NOD, Russia is under the yoke of the United States, and Putin is a “leader-liberator”.
Members of the NOD visit hand -to -hand combat sections, shooting range. From different cities, reports regularly appear about how nodes pour their opponents with green, arrange fights, try to tear off events. The Samara branch of the GCD distinguished itself by the release of the instructions for their associates with similar passages: “The groups in the amount of 4 fighters are monitored and accompanied to the entrances of the place of residence of the“ Maidauns ”(to teach what to do in the entrances or in the gateways, I hope that no one needs?” In Moscow, NOD also regularly conducts pickets before the media editorial office with the requirements for adjusting their editorial policy, dismissal of opposition journalists and slogans like "liberal journalist is worse than in the gastric stomach."
The SERB and NOD from law enforcement officers were currently not received at the moment.
Often, representatives of Cossack associations appear as titles. The most egregious example is the activity of the Fund for Assistance to Development and Improvement , created by the Cossacks of the southeastern regions of the capital. Young people of the Fund were noted in a wide range of power shares: from attacks on opposition agitators in the elections in the Moscow City Duma in 2014 to repeatedly power suppression of shares of residents of the capital against sealing development.
The “Orthodox Titles” - “People’s Cathedral” and “Forty forties” regularly participate in the Anti -Maidan actions. The "People’s Cathedral" became famous in the last decade as an organization that broke the "blasphemous" exhibitions. “Forty forties” - an association that arose several years ago. Ultra -religious athletes (including the ultra -right ), impressed by the Pussy Riot campaign, decided to fight for their beliefs. Their main activities are in confrontation with residents fighting against the construction of 200 temples within the framework of the Moscow City Hall. In addition, the “forty magpies” collaborated with the former Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Girkin, participated in counter-events against LGBT, in the events of Anti-Maidan, and are used by Patriarch Kirill.
Natalya Tsymbalova: "We can calculate in advance what the situation will be on the action"
The Anti -Maidan became a large similar structure. His ideologist is “more moderate” than Evgeny Fedorov, a conspiracy-publicist Nikolai Starikov. The list of co-founders of Antimaydan shows a militarized movement style: the organization of Afghan veterans is adjacent to bikers, Cossacks, and martial arts lovers. A lot of hand -to -hand combat instructors interact with Antimaydan. One of the co -founders of Anti -Maidan is the winner of the international mixed martial arts, Julia Berezikova , who has a sports nickname “Truck”. Starikov’s closest assistant in ideology in Anti -Maidan, George Filimonov is not only a young Prochrevsky political scientist, but also the world champion in kickboxing. The most aggressive action of the anti-Maidanists was the exit to the Manezhnaya Square on January 15, 2015 simultaneously with an inconsistent promotion of the opposition: 450 anti-Maidanists came to a counter-action against the opposition who protested against the verdict of Navalny's brothers. Since the main protest action took place on December 30, only 50 people were released on January 15. But the police detained only 3 anti -Maidanists (they were released from Avtosak) and 13 oppositionists (delivered to the Department of Internal Affairs).
At the following presentation of Anti -Maidan, his leaders were marked by radical statements about a possible force confrontation with the opposition. The ardor of Anti -Maidan struck after the murder of Boris Nemtsov, when the movement began to suspect of involvement in the murder.
The elderly rejected the involvement of the Anti -Maidan in the power actions of NOD and SERB, and also emphasized that the anti -Maidan people intend to tear only “unauthorized” opposition shares.
The commentary of the source of the Znak.com portal in the Presidential Administration deserves attention: “The story with the combat organization of Russian nationalists (people who contacted the President’s administration-the OTD-Info approx), the administration is connected with the Nazi murders. She taught us that civilians should not work with nationalists, this position remains to this day. As for Anti -Maidan, this is not a project of the administration. Law enforcement agencies try to track extremist sentiments and see that many militias who come home from Novorossia can start doing anything if they see in the actions of the opposition at least a hint of Maidan. I think the security forces came up with this project in order to direct dangerous energy into a relatively peaceful and loyal direction. ”
It is often unknown who specifically organized a particular action of the titles. It is difficult to assume how much the anti -Maidanists will be in demand by the authorities in the near future. One way or another, in Russia, thousands of aggressive structures were formed that enjoy the favor of the authorities, but to varying degrees of controlled, ready for strict antics with all whom they will suspect “in work in the State Department”.
