The Avtozavodsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod did not satisfy the investigator’s request for house arrest of an employee of the Flamingo cafe, a defendant in the case of insulting Oksana Vodianova, who has autism and cerebral palsy, reports . RIA Novosti
“The court justified its decision by the fact that the suspect would not hide from the investigation,” an employee of the regional department of the Investigative Committee told the agency. Now the investigator will choose a preventive measure for the man in the form of a recognizance not to leave the place.
Investigators believe that the detained cafe employee demanded that the sister of model Natalya Vodianova leave the cafe, accompanying his address to the girl and the nanny accompanying her with insults and threatening to use force against them.
On August 17, the prosecutor's office announced the detention of a cafe employee and explained that such a measure was connected with ignoring calls for investigative actions.
The incident with Oksana Vodianova took place last week. The management of the Flamingo cafe, according to Natalya Vodianova, demanded that the nanny of a girl with cerebral palsy and autism take Oksana away from the establishment so that she would not “scare away customers.” The cafe employees called the security guards, who also behaved insultingly and threatened to take the women out by force. As a result, Vodianova’s mother came to the cafe to pick up her daughter, who was later detained by the police.
