The Moscow City Court transferred Yury Mukhin, former editor of the Duel newspaper, to house arrest. The court granted the complaint of the defense and changed the preventive measure from a pre-trial detention center to house arrest. Mukhin is forbidden to leave the apartment in Moscow or use the means of communication. Mukhin is accused of continuing the activities of the banned "Army of the Will of the People", his associates Valery Parfyonov and Alexander Sokolov, who is a journalist for RBC, were also detained in this case.
