In the "intelligent" circles on this day it is customary to ask each other: "Do you remember where it was August 19, 1991?" Naturally, everyone was at the White House (a rare option: they sat at home with children, whom there was no one to leave). Without a year, a quarter of a century later it turns out: the country is closing the historical circle, returning to where it seemed to be going to get out forever. The victory turned into a defeat.
