Russian volleyball players won the second victory at the World Cup

The Russian women's team defeated the Japanese team in the Volleyball World Cup match, which takes place in Japan.

The meeting in Tokyo ended with a score of 3: 2 (12:25, 25:18, 25:21, 23:25, 15:13) in favor of Russian volleyball players. The most productive player in the meeting was Tatyana Kosheleva, who scored 32 points.

For our girls, this victory has already become the second in the tournament. Earlier, in three parties they were stronger than the team of the Dominican Republic (3: 0).

The Russians will spend the next match on Monday against the Kenya team, who suffered two defeats at the start of the tournament, and Japanese will play with the Cuba team on the same day.

We add that the World Cup is a stage of selection for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. During the competition, two women's and two male teams will be determined, which will receive Olympic vouchers.
