This morning in Noginsk, school teachers for children of Syrian refugees instead of classes loaded school property in the car: classes were suddenly discontinued, the school is closed. The owner of the premises in a private housing house where classes were held showed children and teachers on the door.
This happened after on Saturday to the house on Rogozhskaya Street, where the school was located, employees of the local Federal Migration Service appeared with a check that poured into a real search. They examined not only the premises and the territory around the house, but checked personal things, home furniture of both the owners of the house and the premises of the school.
The reason for the audit was some information about the Syrian terrorist, who allegedly managed to get a false registration in the same house. As the organizer of this school told the “faces”, the Syrian journalist and political refugee Muja Abu al-Jadail, the reason was far-fetched: the local authorities simply wanted to get rid of the school itself.
Classes began in May of this year under the auspices of the Center for Adaptation and Education of Children of Refugees of the Committee "Civil Assistance", with the assistance of the Office of the UN Supreme Commissioner for Refugee Affairs. About thirty children of the Syrians who had settled in recent years in Noginsk were engaged in the school.
The director of the Adaptation Center Olga Nikolayenko told the Frances that Muja Abu al-Jadail actively helped his compatriots in the Moscow region, and provided them with legal and other assistance. Having discovered that in Noginsk many Syrian children do not do anything and simply roam the streets, Muju created an informal group of classes, first in Arabic, after which "civilian assistance" connected, inviting professional teachers. “We have created an intensive course of the Russian language for the summer in order to prepare children for admission to one of the Noginsk secondary schools by September,” Nikolayenko said. “As you know, there is now a lawsuit against the Ministry of Education , so that Russian schools accept children of migrants and refugees, regardless of the availability of registration (the meeting of the Supreme Court will be held on August 27 - Ed.). “Tighten” children in the Russian language.

According to Nikolaenko, the Noginsk authorities immediately met the idea of the school in hostility. When in May representatives of the Adaptation Center came to Noginsk to receive assistance in the local education department, a meeting was arranged at which the head of the local UFMS Alla Artemova categorically stated that there would be no premises for such a school, because there are no Syrian children in Noginsk and their fate does not bother anyone.
At the same time, in the neighboring Losino-Petrovsky children, migrant children helped a lot: they found a room, and promised to help with the construction of children in school. In Noginsk, I had to act at its discretion and engage in a private house. “The children really liked it,” says the school teacher Elena Drozdova, “and we succeeded. Still, from scratch for three months to teach a person to read and write in Russian - this is a big thing. But now we plunged things into the car, what will happen to the school - it is not known what will happen to the children, and after everything that happened, whether the parents would like to let their children go to study altogether.”

Muja Abu al-Jadail believes that the problems are much more serious than just bureaucratic wires. Officials are not at all interested in the adaptation of refugees, since an unsettled community is a good source of bribes. "There is a police mafia and the Federal Migration Service, which created a whole system of slave labor and requisitions. About this I once published an investigation " slavery in Russia. Special dossier "Syrian refugees" . At each stage of decision -making, the corruption system receives tens of thousands of rubles from each person. For example, to receive registration - 20,000 rubles, for the wife - another 20,000 rubles, for children - another 20,000. In order to receive registration, they used to take 60-70 thousand, and after the federal migration service ordered to provide asylum automatically, the rate dropped to twenty thousand rubles. But the price of asylum increased. A special business was created in Moscow: to stand in line - 15 thousand, a certificate of consideration from 3 to 15 thousand, get a temporary shelter - 40 thousand. Without this, you will either not receive work, or you will be forced to work illegally, which leads to the emergence of whole slave enterprises. "
Muja Abu al-Jadail himself in September will be forced to leave Russia, because he did not give bribes, and did not receive refuge in Russia. And the Moscow Center for Adaptation and Training in July was evicted from the premises .
