Volkov was given a written undertaking not to leave

From the head of the electoral headquarters of the "Democratic coalition" in Kostroma, Leonid Volkov, a written undertaking not to leave was taken. According to the terms of this measure of restraint, Volkov cannot leave the territory of the Novosibirsk and Kostroma regions. The next interrogation will take place on September 1.

Earlier today, Volkov was charged under part 3 of article 144 of the Criminal Code (obstruction of journalistic activities by damaging property).

A criminal case against Volkov was initiated at the request of a Lifenews employee. Volkov allegedly broke the microphone of a TV company employee. Volkov denies the accusation.
