There is a set to the Institute "Base"

The Moscow Institute of Contemporary Art “BAZ” accepts applications for the next academic year.

Until September 10, it is necessary to fill out the questionnaire in electronic form and send to the address bazaeducation@gmail.com . At the same address, you can get additional information or ask questions regarding the procedure for receipt and educational programs. Information on the rules for the application is published on the website of the Institute "Base" .

After consideration of applications from September 10 to September 20, full -time interviews will be held, following which a decision will be made to enroll the applicants. Classes will begin on October 1.

In the new academic year, the Department of Theory will open at the Base Institute, which will become part of the overall educational process. The theory will be taught:

• Methodology for the study of contemporary art (educational blocks on social, psychoanalytic, materialistic, formal and iconological methods of studying art)
• Fundamentals of critical analysis and writing (practical seminars on a letter about art and analysis of works, the history of exhibitions)

Also at the Institute "Base" there is an additional set for the II course. The course will be interesting to those who have already studied in other art schools and would like to concentrate on theoretical work.
