Эдуард Лимонов публично радуется "двадцатке" для Сенцова. Лимонов - это российский политик, сам обвинявшийся по целому букету тяжелейших статей (в том числе и по терроризму), прокурор просил для него 14 лет, но Лимонов получил 4 года, вышел по УДО через два года и три месяца. В период своего заключения он пел несколько иные песни - например в хоре самодеятельности в колонии, исполнял произведение "Ничего на свете лучше нету" из мультфильма "Бременские музыканты". Выйдя на свободу, Лимонов отправил многих партийцев на чреватые многолетней тюрьмой акции прямого действия, и Украина, Родина Олега Сенцова, спасала этих ребят от тюрьмы, давала им убежище.
Пока Сенцова увозил в тюрьму автозак, Евгения Васильева, высокопоставленная чиновница Минобороны, бесстыжая коррупционерка, освобожденная из владимирской колонии по УДО, загружала свою тушу в автомобиль, отчаливала обратно в Москву.
Никакого вывода делать я не буду, это уже бессмысленно. Просто очередной безумный день жизни обезумевшей страны.

Потому что даже если верить версии обвинения и считать, что Сенцов вместе с Кольченко, Афанасьевым и Чирнием участвовал в подготовке взрыва памятника Ленина, который не получился… Ну и там еще офис «Единой России», русской общины в Крыму с ущербом в 30000 рублей… То это трудно квалифицировать как теракты, потому что при них не только никто не пострадал, но и не должен был пострадать.
Россия аннексировала Крым, мир с этой аннексией не согласен. Мне лично глубоко стыдно, что моя страна наказывает людей на 20 лет за то, что они, не угрожая человеческим жизням, оставались патриотами Украины.
Кремль будет, видимо, торговать Сенцовым как заложником. Точно так же, как Кохвером и Савченко. Это то, что Кремль понимает под международной политикой – торговля заложниками. Другие государства понимают международную политику иначе. И договориться будет трудно. Потому что другие государства считают, что заложниками торгуют террористы, а не цивилизованные государства.
Посмотрев выступление Сенцова, я сказал, что когда на скамье подсудимых, — а я верю, что это случится, — окажутся те, кто фабриковал это дело, кто давал заказ и его исполнял, — у них мы не увидим ни капли его достоинства. Они будут врать и изворачиваться, валить вину на других, объяснять, что они „люди маленькие“, от которых „ничего не зависело“, у них „не было другого выхода“, они только „выполняли приказ“, и вымаливать себе каждый лишний месяц смягчения приговора.
„Не судите, и не судимы будете“, — сказано в одной из самых знаменитых книг в истории человечества.
„И судимы будете“, — хочется сказать тем, на чей совести приговор Олегу Сенцову и Александру Кольченко.
Количество судебных процессов в отношении инакомыслящих будет расти. Следствие начнет просто «на автомате» использовать эфесбешные ноу-хау для получения нужных доказательств, результаты ОРМ (оперативно-розыскных мероприятий) будут ложиться в обвинительные заключения без соблюдения правил их оформления, как это сделано в деле Сенцова и Кольченко. Так, впрочем, делалось и раньше, но, поскольку дела были не столь резонансные, общество об этих способах создания уголовных дел особенно не знало.
Приготовиться всем, кому не нравится, что растет доллар, кому нравится, что растет доллар, кому не нравится, что сжигают продукты, кому не нравится Путин или Медведев, кому не нравится отсутствие свободных выборов, — если очень надо, вас посадят. Суд будет псевдо-открытый, прокурор попросит 20 лет, судья даст 15 лет, и все вздохнут с облегчением.

Пусть за Российскую Федерацию будет стыдно Российской Федерации — она не мы, она не имеет к нам отношения. Это чужое государство, оно враждебно любому русскому человеку. Говоря, что вам за него стыдно, вы встаете на его сторону. Относитесь к нему, как к ИГИЛу — вам стыдно за ИГИЛ? Я полагаю, что ИГИЛ должен вызывать какие-то другие сильные чувства по отношению к нему. Попробуйте сформулировать эти чувства хотя бы мысленно. Что это будет — наверное, ненависть, наверное, страх.
20 лет - это очень много времени, особенно если их сидеть. Никаких способов подать апелляцию ни по Сенцову, ни по Кольченко, ни по Савченко у нас нет. Будут сидеть либо всю жизнь, либо до крушения путинского режима, смотря что раньше наступит.
Отсюда вывод - цели определены, за работу.
